Calculates the flash output required to take a photo at a specific distance.
Many flash guns don't support TTL technology so it's necessary to configure them manually. The configuration could be done with reference to guide number table on the user manual. Alternatively with this application you can calculate the flash output to set to achieve the correct exposure.
You need to provide the distance of the subject the lens aperture and optionally the flash coverage and the camera ISO sensibility. Pressing calculate button you get the flash output setting you have to use and an indicator under or over exposure in stops.

The new Mecablitz flashgun has an increased guide number of 64 - this app is fine for the obsolescent one with GN58 but no use at all for the new one. If the app is changed to handle variable Guide Numbers, I will increase my rating.

Good app, but needs to have the ability to show english measurements as well as metric. Also, it would be nice to have it solve for power with known distance.

I have two Mecablitz flashguns - this app is fine for the smaller one with GN58 but no use at all for the larger one with GN76. If the app is changed to handle variable Guide Numbers, I will increase my rating.
