Sundance VR for Android

Leave your cardboard untouched. This app contains just links to webpages. Useless.
It's really not that bad, they just haven't put a lot of content there yet. In terms of usage, the app does work well and does what it says it does. Just waiting on more content :)
Loved the videos, can't wait until the video resolution of 360 cameras improves.
Doesn't contain any videos, just links to the Sundance website where you can try to find the video yourself, for instance the Bjork video appearing in the screenshot isn't even available on Android. Save yourself the time and just go to the website
Give us more, please. For now at least.

Put up the contents please
Interesting to see what can be done with surround video. I did a lot of spinning in my office chair to look about. Most of the shorts I viewed didn't require it to follow the story. The live action shots were amazing in that they had to have some way of hiding mics and lighting. Stylish app. Through no fault of the app the video resolution was at times frustratingly low. Hard to read messages on terminals even though the text was large and meant to be read. I had fun.
At the moment, only Fabulous Wonderland, Sonar, and Defrost are viewable. To find that out you have to try tapping the 'View 360' button on each movie. No mention of Reggie Watts' Waves, which was why I downloaded the app. Aside from that, it's free 360 video, no complaints aside from being in 2016 (i.e.: bitrate could be better, but not for most phones, probably using equirectangular mapping, etc.)
Doesn't have hundreds of VR videos, doesn't even appear to be an app to view VR videos. Don't see the point of this app but I do find it's description deceptive
Only few of presented videos are actually available and those that are, also won't drop your socks. Plain YT has much more to offer in that regard.
You can't watch any 360 VR videos at all. It completely doesn't work - don't waste your time. You see descriptions of the videos, then when click on them to watch them, it links you to the production companies website. Lame - fail.
This does not seem to give access to any VR content, it just lists things you can't watch using this app. When you click the 360 view button it takes you to an external webpage talking all about the media it doesn't let you watch.
Doesn't appear to work on Samsung S4. I downloaded Fabulous Wonderland and In The Presence of Animals (Condition One). Both VR movies wouldn't play. I only saw a white center dividing line with both movies. Condition One crashed several times.
It only takes me to the Sundance website with description of the movie. Will movies be added later? Kind of pointless if it doesn't do anything VR related.
Not delivering as promised. The advert for downloading says "download" then "view" - quite plainly - but I get tired of insiders publishing for insiders, i.e. no clear instructions then no route out of dead ends. The "view" link only goes to web pages. Guess I gotta write a few lines or something?
Glad to see that Sundance is making VR more accessible for those of us who can't make it out to Park City when this is going down.
2.5 rating is overly generous. Nice static page on your phone. No VR at all. Talks big. I expected more. Don't waste your time.
A complete waste of time. Another app from people who simply don't understand how to use technology.
Center line is not centered. Unable to watch anything as its offset. Fix for better rating
Why not use webpage?
Only able to view 3 videos and I don't understand the point of having to download a video if it is going to be terrible quality might as well just let it stream through the app
Great app guys thanks
Where is reggie watts?
Not a VR app. Simply links to content creators Sundance pages where there is no VR content. The VRSE app actually is a VR app and has some of the content this pretends to have.
What's the point of the app when it can't supply most of the content?
Why create an app when a simple landing page would do the same? Totally useless app.
