Your App is one of the worst, you need better developers. The user experience is very bad. Have you tried to use yourselves?

Good but there is no quick option to view rates . How to change text size they are very small.

Good app but on my Galaxy Note 3, whilist making an order...when I choose a recipient, sometimes it gives me a "no, choose another recipient" option only, instead of a "yes and no", for me to choose. Please address this.

This app has proved to be northing bit just a massage app . It's now almost a year I cannot create an order using it.

I can't send money ...they is no option to send money or to create order. ..I've been trying to download the app twice but. ..Kips on showing the SMS charting. .

Don't waste you data, downloading this app. We want to send money not chat they are many platforms established which do that very well! At least include the option of sending money don't be lazy.

I've been using this app since last year until las thursday when I restored my phone and reinstalled it again and its nolonger working It doesn't read my card its asking if I want to join mukuru while my number is registered already

Maybe you guys need to get the best developers. For an important app as this one i must say it is so poorly developed it's not even worth having. Ussd is much better. You can't even create an order on this app so what's the purpose? It is a big let down indeed

Not functioning well can't get option to send money,its now 3wks.Only got 2 services which are useless

No option to send money on both Android or iOS versions. Used the app quite a bit before that bug. Please fix it.

The message can't get into Malawi hence the order creator has to forward the copy of the message ..boring

It keeps asking me for a 4digit pin. I am unable to finish my order because of this. I then have to send a 'please call me back' which usually goes for hours with no-one calling. Please Mukuru, generate such a pin for customers.

It works alright except for some delay sensitivity then its counterparts. Creating an order is mch easier. An easy way to send money across borders.

This app is great I created my first order. I got smses when I sent the money and when they received money.
