Waited over an hour while at work, called back just to find out they cancelled my booking BC no driver was out that way. Why would you just leave a person stranded without at least calling them to say "hey, were not coming". I called Towne taxi, they came in 10 mins. Never calling Rans again, and I've used them for years not anymore!

They tell you they'll be there. Then when you call them back a half hour later they tell you they're still looking for a driver... Bad service when you need to be somewhere at a certain time...I'd rather catch the bus...

waited over an hour for a taxi on vday after i got off work. i walked around till saw a different taxi company parked waiting for a fare and i took them instead

Useless for orders made over the phone, even though they send you the link in a text. Slow to get information. Only works on initial install. This is a slopshod attempt at going high tech, with an app that is poorly designed and executed. SLOW, cumbersome, zero integration with any orders besides those placed with the app.

Terrible customer service and long wait periods. Well over an hour even when i called in advance to pick me up at a certain time...
