Doesn't notify when google voice txt comes through on my S5

This app is great if you use Google Voice you should definitely give it a try. You can send messages from your carrier number or your g voice number. Besides this its a fairly basic app w/out very many features as it is still in beta testing. I still plan on keeping this app to watch how it comes along. *Update - 10/11/13 Used this app for months and not sure if the dev still supports it, but there haven't been updates for a while and its still in beta. Replaced it with Sliding Messaging, still worth a shot

Is this project dead or what? Needs an update if not only to let people know it's not floating face-down. Gettin a lot of fail-to-send errors, can't pin the cause, seems like some kind of confusion somewhere along the line. Strictly GVoice/wifi btw. Other than that F'n awesome!

It's about time someone does this. 4 stars just for that. -1 because it's a beta, but from what I see that will change soon. This will become a must-have app! I agree with a previous reviewer - this is much better than GV's way of organizing texts. Keep it up! Lately the app is bugging up on my Asus Transformer Infinity (TF700t). When I have the dock in and type anything on my keyboard to begin typing a message, it just highlights the "Services" tab.

Hi, this seems like the perfect google voice replacement. It is beautiful, it syncs perfectly with gvoice, is blazing fast, and doesn't crash on me like the stock google voice app. Please keep working on this app I would be glad to buy once it leaves beta.

Seems to be abandoned by developer... used to be a great app.

I really love this app's design and features. I was surprised that it syncs some of your existing (most recent) texts. The only thing I would like would be if it could sync more texts. Thanks.

A bit buggy, no updates in a long time and he's fallen off the face of the planet on his subreddit. Hate to say it but it looks like he's pulled a Fede. Although this isn't as heinous since it was free.

EDIT: USE SLIDE MESSAGING, it has Google voice support now! It's better than Google's voice app, but that's not saying much. Slow and laggy, which is understandable, but the dev seems to have stopped working on it entirely. What happened to open sourcing it too?

I really like how easy it is to choose whether to send SMS using gv or carrier. Receiving gv SMS is a bit slow but definitely want to see continuing development. It'd be super great if u could also send Google talk messages and have it all integrated seamlessly.

Won't recognize BT Keyboard. Other apps don't recognize Fusion as an sms or texting app. Talkatone still the only choice at the moment. Fix these items and I'll combo Fusion with GrooveiP

To refresh you need to go to settings and back again. Won't truly delete entries, once it syncs it appears again unless you delete text from gvoice app. Delay of texts to +5mins sucks. But there is no other app on the play store that supports gvoice.

No signature capability... Incoming SMS never shows using GVoice

Wow. I cannot believe I have not discovered this earlier. I really hate using Google Voice and Fusion makes everything a lot better. The notification prompt is awesome. It needs a Dashclock extension! I also noticed that there is a decent amount of lag when swiping back and forth. This is only when more than one conversation is open. I do not notice this when only one conversation is open.

I don't receive my messages instantly and i still cant see pictures that i receive need improvements

MMS doesn't work for me.

I wish I could choose my default messenger. If I leave text message integration turned on it defaults to that for new numbers. I would like it to default to google voice instead. Also, there should be instructions in the app on what to do with the actual google voice app. I've turned off it's notifications, but do I still need it on the phone for calling integration?

Like windows phone and touchwhiz type themes. Also a way to determine which service to use based on which number the text is received with. For those having trouble with the notifications it works just like the stock messaging +google voice app. Just leave the notifications on in GV then go into your main settings and select GV under apps and uncheck notifications and your good to go.

I stumbled upon this app and its just awesome, but I'm getting duplicated messages I'm on a nexus 4, I don't want to mess with the settings yet since I have no idea what they are any help would be great

This is a really good messaging app, the only problems I've had were that the app would crash sometimes when I try to open it, and that I can't send or receive MMS.

Love Fusion. I'm amazed by the quality for being a beta build. I only have 2 problems with it; the first is that it doesn't handle MMS, which is already in the description. The other is that there's no option to set it as the system default, so my Motorola lockscreen shows the default texting app instead of Fusion. 5 star when even 1 of those is fixed.

I get notifications from both Google Voice and Fusion for every new message, and if I turn off notifications in Google Voice, I don't get a notification from either app

Absolutely amazing experience with this app so far even in beta, works flawlessly with gvoice. Would appreciate to see an option to select multiple contacts for group SMS delivery. Keep up the good work, using Android 4.3

still beta, and there seems to be a delay with Google voice messages. really beautiful app though.

It works splendidly. If you use gv for texts and don't like the normal gv app then please give this a try.

Recently missing a lot of nofictations to significantly delayed messages. Great app though please fix.
