הג'ורנאל קלאב הכללי (JC) הוא מגזין אינטרנטי ומוקלט דו חודשי (פעמיים בחודש) המכיל:

סיכום של סקירות עומק מובחרות מתוך המגזינים הרפואיים המובילים בעולם (LANCET, DIABETES CARE, JACC, CIRCULATION, New England, Lancet, Jama) – מעין לימודי המשך במגוון נושאים.
ראיון/פאנל מומחים בנושאים רפואיים "חמים"
לקט נבחר של המחקרים הבולטים של החודש האחרון המוצגים בקיצור נמרץ
פינות שונות כמו סיפור אישי, רפואה בהיסטוריה, רפואה בעברית, פינה פדיאטרית ועוד.
טיפולים חדשים וסקירת עיתונות מדעית בינלאומית הנוגעת לכל תחומי הרפואה.

העורך הראשי של המגזין הוא ד"ר דרור דיקר, מנהל מח' פנימית ד' בהשרון, מרכז רבין קמפוס גולדה.

המגזין מוכר כ-CME (לימודי המשך עם נקודות זכאות ע"י המועצה המדעית של הר"י בכפוף למענה לשאלות הצמודות לסקירות).
קיימות שתי אפשרויות מנוי:

מנוי לדיסקים (או קלטות) אאודיו הנשלחים פעם בשבועיים עם החומר לבית המנוי – עלות 105 ש"ח לחודש . המנוי גם זכאי לגישה חופשית באינטרנט בתוך אי-מד לכל החומרים של הג'ורנאל העולים לאתר.
מנוי ג'ורנאל און ליין – גישה חופשית לכל הטקסטים של המגזינים הנמצאים באתר ונשלחים גם למנויים כניוזלטר. בנוסף, זכאות לסימון כל תתי הנושאים המעניינים את המנוי וקבלת התרעות מידע בכל פעם שיש כתבה חדשה בנושא שנבחר. עלות מנוי זה 55 ש"ח.
בנוסף קיים המגזין הפדיאטרי – JCP . עורך את המגזין פרופ' זרם פריאר. המגזין הוא חודשי וכולל סקירות, מחקרים בולטים, דיוני מקרה ועוד ומכסה תחומי רפואת ילדים בקהילה ובבתי החולים. עלות חודשית של המגזין – 55 ש"ח. המנוי מאפשר גם כניסה לכל סקירות הג'ורנאל קלאב (גם של ה-JC) , קבלת התרעות וצבירת נקודות השתלמות המוכרות ע"י המועצה המדעית של הר"י.

מגזין חודשי נוסף הוא מגזין הרוקחות – ה- PJC . עורך את המגזין ד"ר שלמה חורי, יו"ר הסתדרות הרוקחים. המגזין כולל סקירות ומחקרים בולטים בתחום הרוקחות. עלות מנוי פרטי (שלא באמצעות הסתדרות הרוקחים שלחבריה המנוי מסובסד) – 55 ש"ח לחודש.
