A lot of bugs on Samsung S6 edge, can not access pages "error_too many redirects", huge mistake to release this kind not finally developed version.

I think this is a pathetic and counter intuitive app. I've used dozens of airline apps and this is by far and away the absolute worst app. It's not user friendly, you can't go back on a screen but always need to start over, it will NOT remember your frequent flyer number and information which means every time you need to re enter the same information. Retrieving your reservations is not intuitive. Just a frustrating experience. Then getting in touch with their reservation and customer desk help is absolutely impossible. No one answers.

Slow, bugs displaying info, pretty much useless. Please take a look on other major airlines apps. I'd like to use your app, so please improve functionality and make it useful.

Must put all the info over again every time I check a flight. A really lousy app

The reason to install airline app is for notifications about flights. Unfortunately, this is not the main feature (actually, not a feature at all) but the main feature is ads in notifications! Great reason to install airline app.

אפליקציה מעייפת. נתקעת כל הזמן, לא ידידותית, המעבר מאנגלית לעברית לא פשוט, שימוש בכפתור החזרה בטלפון מחזיר אותך לנקודת ההתחלה. חיפוש פשוט של טיסות בונוס הוא פשוט עינוי. מחברת תעופה כזו מצופה לאיכות אפליקציה יותר גבוה, ובעיקר מחברת תעופה ישראלית שבה טובי המוחות בתחום המחשוב. מביך

אפליקציה לא זוכרת האת היוזר וססמה שלי, מה טוב בה אם צריך להכניס פרטים כל פעם?? אפשר כבר להשתמש באתר וזהו. וגם איטית....

worst , difficult to use, to many commercial

מלאת באגים, ניראת רע, כשלוחצים על חזור היא מביאה אותך למסך הראשי ואתה מאבד את כל מה שעשית

Poor app

I have an LG G3 and and the app is telling me I've checked in but I can't print or save a copy of my boarding pass which may mean I have to wait in the queue for security tmrw. Pointless.
