Bluetooth Clipboard is an app that allows users to transfer text and files from their PC to their phone and vice versa.
To allow that, you need to install the Bluetooth clipboard app on your phone from the android market, and install the PC application from:

The app allows you to set maximal file size to transfer. A history of previous items that had been copied will be saved on the phone app and windows app. You can change the history size, or delete it by changing the size to 0.
Once text is copied in the PC/phone, you can immediately paste it in your other device.
Once a file is copied in your PC, you can access it with your phone by going to the “BluetoothClient” directory on your SD card.
You can copy the path of a file in your phone, and it will be sent to the PC, where you’ll be able to paste it. You can uncheck the “search file path in text” in the phone app, in case you want to turn that feature off.
If you want to blacklist a device, so the app will never try to connect to it again, you can long-tap on its name once the scan is done and it appears on the device list. You can reverse this action by long-tapping it again.
After installing the PC application, it listens for new connection (make sure that “Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC” is enabled in your Bluetooth settings on Windows).
To connect to the PC with your phone, open Bluetooth Client, and then activate your Bluetooth. The phone will start scanning for devices. After a few seconds, once the scan is finished, the app will connect to the PC, and you will be able to use it as a remote bluetooth clipboard.

A superb application. Just fills my needs to toggle text transfers between my PC and my Android phone. I give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, later it stopped working in my Windows 7 PC. I could not get the clipboard contents from Android to my PC.
