1.01 for making efforts

Do you guys know 1.01 formula?
Here is this formula. 1.01^365=37.78 1.01 is your effort for one day. 365 is a year, and 37.78 is the number you have achieved. This number shows how much you have done for one year. This app encourages you to make efforts such as working out, eating healthy and quitting smoking.
HOWEVER if you forget to do for one day, your efforts number will lose 1%. So you gotta keep trying!!

How to use? You are going to name the title that you want to try everyday. Ex. Exercise
After you did, you need to push the button"Done!" very simple!
