This permissions are needed to display the banner ads.

Minus 1 star.. due to not being able to add more symptoms to the Allergies.. I have some severe ones that are digestive and skin reactive or have multiple symptoms... very annoying having to repeat each allergy with a different symptom

Although the concept is nice, I don't think the app has been actually tested in the real world. Lots of little things like unable to change date format, it should take the date format from the device but instead sets it as day/month/year and unable to change. Asks for a time a blood pressure reading was taken but unable to enter am/pm. Can not enter a medication strength of anything other than a whole number, i.e., .25 mg or 1.5 mg because the period is disabled on the keyboard. Several other little things like this. Fix all these little things and it would be a 5 star app. Update: The latest release fixes all the suggestions I had submitted to support. The only additional feature would be an export/import feature so the data could be easily transferred to a new device.
