Crossfit Resplendent

CrossFit Resplendent is a family owned and ran CrossFit gym or ‘box’ the first of its kind in North Down and is based in Newtownards. Here at CrossFit Resplendent you won’t find rows of treadmills or machines with lonely individuals plodding along. What you will find is equally minded and motivated group of ‘athletes’ (all who attend regardless of gender, age of ability are classed as athletes) carrying out the daily WODs together. It is a growing community where all can come and improve not only the physical but also their mental limits. Here at CrossFit Resplendent we are passionate about health and fitness and want to share our passion of the CrossFit community with our community.
