This app is just bizarre and looks like something that is still in an early prototype phase. It doesn't even attempt to load account information unless you do it through the data connection and even when you do go through mobile data, it fails every single time. It's completely broken and despite this, instead of fixing it, the developers mystifyingly decided to include a mobile game in the app. Completely useless.

Three is runnin a scam.The offer unlimited net a text whtever for 20 euro for 30 days .and they use to send a reminder text jus on 28th day or 29th day tha Fre unlimited net is ab 2finish . BUT Now they stop sendin this reminder text and 95% of us forget about it n on the 31 days they start takin all your remainin balance secretly. And when your balance came to 0.00 three will text you tha your balance is zero. this is a Scam. other companies r doin the same.thumb up if its hapend 2 u n u r agree wht i said

The most useless app on my phone. Completely outdated. Hasn't had an update since November 2015. Constantly crashing, Wont allow me to make a bill payment, outdated information regarding my bill and usage. Absolute garbage. And no i dont want to take part in a focus group to discuss improvements. Just hire any decent developer and let them fix this lump of thrash

What an incredibly poor excuse for an app. Ugly, low res, mostly just brings you to an out-of-app website. Failed to register a card because it kept insisting on a "card nickname" that "must be only letters and numbers and start with a letter" that wouldn't take input! Would expect a lot better from a telco, to be honest.

Absolutely useless. Childish user interface and it usually says "please use your 3 handset...". Are you kidding with me? What else could I use??? At 3 somebody feels that the 3Plus app is more important? This one which should be used to follow up our account was updated 17 month ago!

This app is a joke. Having so many problems with three, from them taking my credit to terrible reception. This is just a nice bonus to it I guess.... shore what should I have expected.

It's a slap in the face to paying customers (I'm prepay). Worse than useless, as is the 3 Ireland website which defaults to desktop view. Neither the site nor the app are helping to manage my credit while roaming (not using phone much but do need to know where I stand). Will be leaving 3 when I return home.

I recently switched over from another network, thought this would Be good but when I download the app NOTHING works .. what's the point in advertising something that's not fully functional? Such a disgrace!

A 10yr old that started coding yesterday can do a better job. Clearly 3 won't bother with any updates. Also their website it's not mobile friendly, that's inadmissible in 2017 and for a mobile company.

Keeps asking for permission to turn on mobile network while connected to Wi-Fi even though I'm connected to mobile network and Wi-Fi is turned off. Can't even grant it permission to change system settings. Needs some work.

This app is even worse than their website. Topping up is a mess and it frequently crashes just after you put in your credit card details. There always seems to be some sort of 'temporary error' with the site and app when you need it most. Total and utter rubbish.

I actually really like this app, even if it does send me to the website for a couple of things (which i think it's good for extra security..) The one thing it's lacking in my opinion is that it doesn't show the expiration date for your addons (which is kinda relevant when you have 'all you can eat'). Although tapping on view breakdown brings you to the website so you can see it there, it would be nice if it would show in the app..

Impossible to sign in to this app whether using WiFi or mobile data. I was hoping this app would be useful as the my3 website is woeful with very little detail about your account and absolutely no way to check mobile usage in any detail. Think I'll move back to Meteor.

Crashes most of the time when I try to check my balance. When it occasionally works it's slow. The UI is cheesy and outdated.

Look at Meteor app to see a simple representation of credit remaining. This one shows irrelevant information.

This app is just a piece of useless code and it does absolutely nothing!!! Do not download it! 3 should have been smart enough not to launch it till it's ready. Instead of organising focus groups, etc., just copy Tesco's app till you write smth better! It works, and people don't need more!

Was working all along, then just stopped. Was a handy app, but now useless. On a nexus 5 that I purchased (got ripped off for) from three. Uninstalling. Update: I appreciate the response, but it's been over 12 months since my original post. Why bother at all?

Expected a much higher quality app from a big company like 3, low resolution graphics, confusing usage breakdown and please make the 3 awards app and this app one app. After switching from Meteor, Meteors application is far superior and not made in 5 minutes by a child. Nexus 6P

This app hasn't ever worked for me since I got my S6 Edge + last November. Keep getting error 500 message. Tried contacting Three support and tried asking instore. Both said to uninstall and reinstall, but that option isn't available.
