Squat Routine for Android
OK app for the basic gist, madcows numbers seem to jump in random places and after week one the deadlift weight and barbell row weights magically switch. It also jumps randomly on the squats, going from such weights as 117.5 to 127.5 then to 142.5 to 170 and finally 190.
The app is easy to use and understand.

Madcow routine numbers are all over the place. Someone who doesn't know any better could get seriously injured. Fix these inaccuracies and I would change my score to a 5 because the app itself is really good excluding the incorrect numbers.

This is app is really awesome the way its laid out, but has glitches when entering the weights and it has the 5x5 program starting off, and progressing, way to heavy.
