PAYG Electricity Top-Up

The app has many faults. Mainly when topping up and it asks do you want to top up there is no where to click yes. Also there should be multiples of 5 to top up by ie €5 €15 €25 etc then it skips from €50 to €100 which is ridiculous. App looks like little thought went into it

installed but kept getting message saying "unable to connect to topup now please try again" i have wi fi and 4g. when i did get past this i tried to login using my email and password but got message "user doesnt exist" so uninstalled this rubbish app.

I have only 1 issue with this app ... It does not give you the balance on your meter, I would love if this could be added as a feature to any updates Otherwise I find this app works great, log in... select amount.. top up, it couldn't be easier

This app was ok but recently I'm having trouble logging in. I just says error try again. Also it doesn't give a balance. Please try to fix this.

It was absolutely perfect up to today and now there's no Yes option on the Do you want to top up bit. What the hell happened?? I hope it's just a small once off blip.

Used to work great but now you have to keep resubmitting your details until it accepts them. When you go top up now there is no option to click yes you just have to guess. Needs a lot of fixing

Does not work since updating OS to Nougat. I can select my top up amount but no submit button.

I hate this app I really need to top up my meter but it keeps giving me errors saying my email address is not valid, network error even though I have full WiFi connection and 4g on my phone. I sitting here over a half hour trying to top up. But really does anyone ever read these reviews and fix the problems? So angry right now

How can you top up when it asks you are you sure you want to top up.......? .... And there is no yes or no button to click on to confirm..?? Useless

Seeming your such a robbing company of your costumers you think you would update your app an fix the problems with it but i suppose you dont even fix your mistakes you made with your boxs in peoples homes clearly there is engough comments hear to tel you whats wrong could pull your finger out i cant even top up now

Doesnt work, when you select an amount to top up it asks are you sure you wish to top up this amount, but there isnt a yes or no to click on....... Useless

Very basic app, has alot of problems, logging in , topup amounts all not always available, yes button to proceed with topup went missing but if you tap roughly where it was, to the right on the proceed box it works, no meter balance available, other companies have better apps. This badly needs to be updated

doesn't work, I cant create an account because it wont accept my phone number but wont tell me why.

Okay people i have figured out the absolutely driving me insane app that the "ok" confirm top up button had disappeared. If u touch the bottom right of that box, u cant see the ok button but press it and it will reask u to confirm top up! Job done! With zero help from the bloody idiots in both companies who cant work their own app as per my review recently.......This app is driving me insane! Worked perfectly until I upgraded my phone and as other reviews have stated the confirm button to top is is now gone?? I called electric Ireland who tell me that it's payzone app and payzone tell me it's electric Ireland's app. Neither company know who maintains the app or who can fix it. It's like Faulty Towers ringing and emailing them both, Manuel don't speak eh the English!

Takes forever to log in, have to try a ridiculous amount of times before I can log in as always says an error has occurred.

Keeps showing error message when trying to log in to top up, will eventually log in after a number of tries, but very frustrating. Have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times but it hasn't made any difference

Just wrote an email to them to answer questions on here I. E app not working no yes or no option to proceed .. I suppose if everyone did it.. Might get a response?

Shockingly bad app. Worked for a while and now all I get is, "an error occurred, please try again". Can't even log in anymore!

Terrible app, badly constructed. Pop up asks you "do you want to log out" but does not include an yes/no button to press, same for all pop up questions. 7 year old are literally making apps these days, how can a multi-million euro Inc. not be able?!!

Once you have topped up by a certain amount you can never change the amount in the app so you have to do the once off payments. Useless

Horrendous app, horrendous website. Unusable. Will be switching first change I get.

Southern customers can only register to use this. Might just switch to another provider and I've only just started with these guys.

Cant confirm the top up amount. Which renders it completely useless. Brutal app

The app will not let me log in and takes a long time to do so. The yes button is missing on the top up confirmation page.

This app took my money before informing me that i couldnt top up via the app as i was an NI customer. Complete scam. Complete waste of time. Do not use this!!!

Im a northern ireland customer and the mobile seems to only except southern mobiles so cant register an account not sure if this app is designed for northern ireland customer but this app is a waste of time

Can't use it keeps saying wrong passward I don't no how many emails I got to change to new one ,still BLANK

Doesn't work. Only for customers in the republic of Ireland, Not Northern Ireland. Wish I hadn't of switched!

Works perfectly for me. Can top up anywhere any time and no 50 cent surcharge my local shops all apply so helps save in the long run.
