Doesnt work well - any order selection gives an error that I dont live in the delivery zone for that location. Go back to the map and there is no way to change which location you can order from. Means that the app is impossible to order from, even though I regularly receive deliveries from Rathmines through the website.

Flipdish were very responsive in fixing problems with an earlier version. Works great now.

Great app but let down every now and then when the backend fails. Couldn't complete an order or see my history. Still great food and thr phone number always works

The App is a nice idea, but let down by a couple of flaws. First, you cannot edit your basket prior to ordering. Removing mistakenly added items proved impossible, or, at least, not obvious to the end user. Secondly, there is little point in offering discounts by phone text message if they cannot be automatically applied to your order or account. No reminder to manually apply a discount code means you end up sometimes inadvertently over paying.

Great app backed up by great food and service. Would recommend. Don't understand any negatives reviews. It works perfectly.

Does what it says on the tin..

Our order hadn't arrived at the restaurant. It was in the system, but the little machine hadn't picked up and printed our order so there was no food for us. Got an sms saying that the order would be ready for collection in 30 mins. When we got there we had to wait again for our food to be made. It was delicious, but if I'm made to wait I might as well order in store.

We ordered using this app and were told to wait 30 minutes. We arrived then and the store had no idea about our order. Now we are waiting, hopefully not another 30 minutes.

Worked perfectly for me. Ordered in under 2 minutes. Would recommend.

Not impressed, surely the point of an app is that its easier than using the web or phoning up? This isn't ...using the web on your phone is easier in my experience. Also not all items on the menu - had to leave notes to chef to get the dish we wanted, couldn't select a collection window (you can online) and there is now a credit card processing fee . Doesn't appear to be any loyalty benefits either. Hopefully updates might improve this - but in the meantime I think I'll free up 21M on my phone.

Don't bother downloading, does not work

Occassionally won't let me order from Clonskeagh, says branch is closed when it isn't. Would let me order from Rathmines if I pretend my address is there.

Problem was fixed. Good customer service.
