Great app, great idea and a great service.

Absolutely useless

Good experience with this app so far the ability to check van location is impressive. The only thing that bugs me is the future delivery notification stays and can't be removed even after itd marked delivered in past deliveries and until the next delivery comes along.

Installed this in an attempt to get packages left to a depot which is 6 miles from my house rather than 35, no joy. App doesn't appear to work or pick up that I have deliveries, even though I get a text delivery window. Non-existent customer service and no option available but to choose a different day. Abysmal.

I've entered and pinned my address so many times that I now remember my freaking postcode! It will not save it! I'll be using a different service because of this app.

But doesn't do anything when i click on it. It brings me to the website that times out. They have my parcel for three days now and not delivering

Trying to use a tracking number. Useless.

What were you guys thinking? Use the service regularly and have had no issues. Support email account deactivated also

Unable to log in. I log in through my browser with no issues and I then try to use the same passport to which it says "unknown error"

Password verification failed and option to resend verification text also failed when trying to login. Rubbish app

Excellent service

Five minutes to set up. You can move the pin on the address setup by dragging it to your location. Shame that there aren't more pickup locations but I'm loving the UK virtual address.

The app keeps sending notifications that I have left the delivery area even though I have returned home. Hitting dismiss doesnt get rid of the message. I have had to turn off gps in the app.

Good. I like to order from Amazon, but some things are restricted to sending to the UK only. This apps sends it to a Northern Ireland address, then DPD sends it to you. My only issue with DPD is their chat service. Not worth it, just phone them.

Its absolutely brilliant and easy to use it a pity i didn't have it on my phone before Christmas when I was trying to get stuff from the UK and they wouldn't post to the Republic. Its an easy app to set up and DPD are on the roads all over Ireland now and they give options of deliveries to suit including to your door.

Doesn't appear to link to deliveries associated with either my email address or mobile number. Attempting to add my home and other delivery addresses plonks a pin in the map randomly in the middle of Midwestern USA.

No point in having this app if i cant even change my delivery address. I was told by customer service that delivery can only be changed by sender

Whats the point of having an app if you don't update it. Now I have to stick around all day. Terrible service

Stay clear from these pig ignorant lazy frauds, they left my package with a stranger an hour plus drive away instead of ringing me to see where I am, customer service is as ignorant aggressive and unapologetic for signing my name illegallly, as I've ever ever found, and will be making a complaint about them for being so ignorant unhelpful, lazy and illegallly signing my name on a package and giving it to a total stranger who had to contact me about it in fact! Typical useless capitalist behaviour.

Delivery from wexford to gorey takes 5 days to deliver, so if you need anything delivered promptly I suggest use other ones

Do not install. Nothing clear about this app.. doen't recognise the activation code ... cannot check my stuff on pc.. and whydafck woul I meed to register ? no registration on the pc... Omg !and you work with OC.uk ? I'd sugest them a better postage company... Please do not use thus piece of crap..it's just alot of frustration..

Only issue is that you can't see how many delivery credits you have left. Fix this and you'll get 5 stars!

You asking me to confirm my default address with the location, but there's a error in your app, i'm not available to pin my address.

I had parcel awaiting but it didn't appear in app. Plus for virtual address-good idea.

Excellent, really like this new app. Very easy to use, very intuitive. I'm struggling to find a fault with it which speaks volumes. Keep up the good work DPD

Good app. But would be useful if I could check my parcel wizard account balance and see how many remaining credits I have.

Realky missing ability to view your current balance. Other than that its ok.

Really liking the app and service. Would ask you provide a balance and would it be possible to provide a picture of what's coming my way (like those motel guys do) keep up the good work! Oh and a 'change log'! If your updating the app we want to know what your up to.

Agree with comments below we need to see our account balance and how many delivers we have remaining on our account. Your nearly there ;)

Need to see amount of credit remaining in account. Even your website doesn't tell us. Maybe also offer bulk discount for topping up.

Really happy DPD decided to launch an app version for Parcel Wizard. Find it so easy to update and navigate my preferances
