Very handy. I only have three points against it, though. I wish there was a way to remove add-on orders, I wish you could put together an order under your name (like how you can through YourAvon), and I usually have to clear the pages and apps I've previously used in order to get it to load. :P Besides those three things, it's very handy, and I do like it. :)

I love the app itself, but what I don't like is how when I submit an order it doesn't summarize or give the total for my customers order. Also the pay Avon should have the option to pay with a credit or debit card not just the quick pay. If you can add those things I'll change my rating to 5 stars

Terrible!! Why add orders if you have to wait to submit. Avon has terrible technology, both mobile app and online! As big as Avon is, they should have better technology!

I am a new rep and I have only been able to see the deal of the day twice in the last month. I always get a white or black screen and have not been able to submit any customer orders.

It keeps logging me out and when try to log back in says doesn't recognize but I still have the same password. I'm just uninstalling and just using the website. This is too frustrating.

This is ok but lately my customers have not been receiving item because they are already sold out by the time they order. So I'm starting to lose customers

The first time I logged in the app froze and wouldn't let me enter anything. I'm used to doing orders on the website and I had saved a bookmark on my phone that works better than this app.

I like being able to put orders in but it's too limited. I need to see each customer's order and be able to make changes. Also want to see the total order. Plus I'm not sure if I can add brochures.

The app is great but the only thing I have a problem is that I wish it would have an option to pay with debit or credit card. That way I can accepts customers' payments upfront when I deliver their orders.

I like the app but there have been issues with me placing orders and the specials. The problem is mainly with being able to scroll down. Most recently I have been unable to stay logged in and when I try to log in it says unable to recognize login information.

I cannot sign in to the app at all so it's hard to give an honest review. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but I continue to get "Login Failed. We don't recognize your account details.Please try again". I've read through the reviews and it seems to me that in 2016 most everyone was happy with the app, there was an update in May 2017 and almost all reviews since then have been less than stellar. There is so little information regarding the app on the Rep site or on Google Play, that there is no way to troubleshoot login issues. I would really like to have this tool for my business, but it hardly seems worth the trouble.

Its a great app because it is so convenient. I rated it 3 stars because the deal of the day area is inconsistent in the fact that a deal will show up and then disappear as if the item is no longer available, but then pop up again a few days later available to order. Its hard to keep customers happy when this keeps happening. There needs to be an auto alert saying an item is truly no longer available. For those of us who use social media and post about the deals this is a must to be able to effectively manage our posts. Since deals disappear and then come back days later can the deal of the day section be expanded to show everything that's available so items don't disappear due to new items being added? I've tried to email the developer with this and the email address doesn't exist which is another reason for the 3 star rating.

Can't login using my rep account number and login password. Can log in just fine on my website on pc. Wonder why I can't with this mobile app? That limits any possible future sales.

I love having the ability to create orders whenever I'm away from my computer. It just occurred to me I could also submit them from the app if I forgot from my computer! It's quite the time saver.

Nice convenient app for quick access to create orders for customers. The only problem so far, is that sometimes I sign in and then choose to look up a customers order, and I have to sign in again.

Update: App is great! Older version: Wish I could also do representative order i.e. books, demos, samples. I'm hardly ever home, so to do this on the go would also be convenient. Also wish I could browse the current brochures.

If the order is more than 4 items, the text cover the submit your order to Avon button and it become useless, what a waste of time, it needs recoding

even after all the updating, i still honestly prefer using the old avon app. ordering is much more detailed in the old app (ability to edit orders, order under my rep name, etc.). i do love how orders on the go and deals central sections are designed on this app though.

This app is so helpful in my Avon business; especially when it comes to spontaneous orders. It's much more convenient than carrying a order book around all the time. The only issue I have is with the item search function when searching by item name.I keep getting kicked out of the type box . Not a major issue but still annoying. Fix it and ill change my rating to 5stars

I prefer to go to my web site with a customer and write up an order on paper that way. I find that I never get direct orders through my site. Any advice would be welcome. This app would be helpful if I am travelling and have no access to a computer and i have no other way to place an order.

Not very great at looking at the orders that you have placed, cannot make certain changes like editing customer orders or information. Cannot easily go to a customers info to look up a number. Cannot easily select one customer for an order without having to navigate numerous areas to get to specific tasks. Overall not worth the effort. The entire app needs an overhaul. Easier to do everything on a computer. Great concept, poor execution. Please fix.

The app is good. It gets the job done. But, I'd like for it to have more features. For instance, in the pay Avon icon, I want to be able to pay Avon with a debit/credit card, and not just quick pay. Also, there needs to be an option to where us Reps can see our current orders for the campaign. I don't like it how I can build an order for someone and not have the app summarize my customers order after I submit it. It doesn't even tell me the total of my customers order. I'd like that feature for sure. Thanks

The app doesn't always open, or won't put the correct phone information. Sometimes it won't allow me to add a customer. Sometimes I get a 509 alert when trying to put phone number in. Frustrating!

They had a pretty good idea when they made this app, but there are some important features missing/messed up. It's been said before, it doesn't "remember" my login info, so it takes up time when you're entering an order, in the go. I don't always remember my password lol. I can't see MY order, not too many options when it comes to making a payment....and a few other things. I suppose the idea was to build an app for the very basic needs of the business. Anything deeper than that, run to a computer lol!

Since the upgrade, I have to log in everyday even though I activate the remember switch. Half the time I have to log in twice because either my info is not recognized, or I have to log in again to work within the app. after logging in initially. The notifications for the deals of the day do not alert on my phone until hours after the deals are available (luckily, I've set a reminder in my phone). This upgrade no longer provides product descriptions for the deals of the day.

NEEDS IMMEDIATE UPGRADE! It gives me the same deals over n over... If I purchase something from the "Deal of the day" it shows the next day deal and the next day when I check it does not give me what it showed the previous day. Don't like this app it's very annoying!!!
