My eir for Android
Hi, this is a great app, but am interested to know when we will be able to check the mobile broadband (fms) usage on this app or online, is it even under development? Your agents keep saying that it will be available soon, but a definitive time estimate would be much better
After update it look good, but not log out properly, login again with back button and after you close the app and relunch it again automatically sign in again... not safe please work on it.
Used to be ok; new update made it "look" great. But now the app won't work. Won't log me in, tried reinstalling etc.
Worst customer service in the history of customer service. Avoid Eir like the plague

App isn't open my account. When I tried write an username and password, it said wrong so i tried to get my forgotten password receive by email but it says doesn't have this address then I tried to register and again something goes wrong so answer this account is already have in Eir. You have to fix your app before to provide it to customers.

App worked before the update. Since the update, can't login to my account. No errors from a wrong password. Just sits there doing nothing.. Typical Eir breaking something when it works.
Much better presentation and great to have extra features like pdf bills available

I had arranged the setup of a new account with a member of their chat-Staff...only to find they'd charged me for a dearer & totally different account...THICK OR WHAT?Now,the new problem...two weeks later... No connection whatsoever... 3 emails to request help...no contact back...finally phoned up,told by staff I was on ANOTHER deal...and nothing showing up on their end to show..or solve our problem? This is our worst provider experience yet? Ridiculous!
App does not show data usage on bundle which was my sole reason for downloading it. I would like to know how close I am to my data cap without having to call customer service.
Wont add my account details will have to ring customer care to get info on my account . Whats the point of this app . SCRAP IT AND CREATE A NEW BETTER APP EIR GGGGRRRR!!
This app makes u keep an eye on ur bill and also you can view your bills online without going to eir website very impressive APP
Why would there be no data info?pointless app without it.should tell you your data that's left from time of billing!
Can't get my mobile broadband usage on this app. Can send a text to get it but only from my account webtext which I do not have and would have to upgrade my bundle to get webtext. Phone line not working even though I was told it was.

If I didn't have to log in everytime I'd be very happy.
You have to go online and when you press on mobile in ur bundle press continue then delete the app and reinstall it the u should find ur data and minutes usage worked for me

Downloaded the app and was able to pay money off my account no problem. Very satisfied with it. Not sure why it has such a low rating score.

Recent update is an improvement but I have an ongoing issue. I have a joint account with my wife (two mobile numbers under the one account number). We both have the app on our phones. However, as her phone number is the default number on the account, only her mobile usage, etc. is available on the app on both phones - I cannot set the app up on my phone to view my usage. I can change the default number to my number on the desktop site so I can see my usage on the app on my phone but then she will also only see my usage on the app on her phone. I can view either mobile on the desktop site but not on the app. I would like to be able to send webtexts from the app on my phone - I can do but they appear to the recipient as coming from my wife's number. I have contacted eir customer support on this issue numerous times but nobody can resolve it or they say "we'll look into it and get back to you" but that's the end of it. I would give 5 stars if this was resolved.
