Multi Wifi Widget for Android
Features:
- Create widgets for your WIFI profiles, one widget for one WIFI profile. Click on widget to connect to that profile.
- Enable WIFI if WIFI is not yet enabled.
- See all WIFI signal strength on home screen.
- Monitor WIFI network connected/disconnected by sound.
- Name the widget by alias instead of SSID
- Disable other WIFI profile temporarily when your target net has weak signal. This will prevent your device from connecting to the WIFI net with strong signal which you don’t want to.
- Tiny footprint on system resource
How to use:
This app CANNOT create WIFI profile for you. You can only pick from existed profile stored in system settings.
1. Create widget on home screen, choose [Multi Wifi Widget]
2. Pick a WIFI profile, then press [Save].
That is the basic step to create a [Multi Wifi Widget]. On step 2, you can also optionally setup [alias], [sound for connected], [sound for disconnected], [disable others]. After widget created, you can
- Click on widget to connect to.
- Click on widget to update signal strength display immediately.
- Change widget settings from app’s main preference screen.

I would love to try this app as is described sounds great for what I need. Unfortunately it crashed every time
This worked really well until my Operating System was updated a few months ago. Now it crashes every time I turn wifi on. I've tried reinstalling it but get the same problem. Have to look for a different solution sadly
Having two Wi-Fi networks at home means I needed a widget like this. This one is absolutely fantastic, looking great and doing its job perfectly. I'm really glad I found it. Thank you!
Very good and nice app. One problem I have is that after reboot the widgets do not react any more. Have to recreate them to get them working again. 5 stars if this would be fixed.
I've looked everywhere for an app that allows me to specify the connection. When I'm at home, I use only one wifi. Keep up the good work! Be nice to be able to tap to turn off.
Really chews up the battery

This app does exactly what I was looking for and couldn't find for ages: I can switch between my home wifi networks (AP and extender AP) with just a click of a widget. My phone tends to keep trying to stay connected even when my Extender access point is much closer.
