منذ انطلاق موقع الموازي.كوم في سبتمبر 2006 نجح الموقع في تحقيق الأهداف التي تأسس من أجلها والتي هي التركيز وإلقاء الضوء على الشركات المساهمة غير المدرجة وذلك من خلال حصر وجمع اخبار ومعلومات تلك الشركات لتوصيل المعلومات للمستثمرين والمساهمين بمهنية عالية ومتخصصة إلكترونيا ، هذا بخلاف نظام الكتروني مرن وسهل يتيح للمساهم أو المستثمر بإدخال طلب شراء / طلب بيع على أسهم تلك الشركات المساهمة غير المدرجة . وتنفيذ الصفقات عبر القنوات الرسمية والقانونية ( البورصة - مكاتب حفظ سجلات المساهمين ) حيث لا يعتبر الموقع سوقا أو شركة مقاصة لتنفيذ تلك الصفقات من خلاله.
