About My TeAM
My TeAM adalah mobile apps Telkom untuk relationship antara Direktorat Konsumer
dengan jajaran TAM (Tele Acount Marketing) di PT Infomedia Nusantara,
selaku anak perusahaan Telkom untuk penyedia tenaga outsource
aktifitas offering dan caring bagi Pelanggan Telkom.
Apps ini menyediakan modul-modul yang lengkap
supaya aktifitas offering dan caring bagi Pelanggan Telkom berjalan efektif
sehingga bisa memuaskan Pelanggan serta meningkatkan produktifitas kerja.
Dengan apps ini Telkom ingin men-drive supaya offering dan caring
memberikan hasil nyata yang signifikan.
Di sisi jajaran TAM diharapkan juga memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan.
Beberapa modul yang tersedia yaitu :
1. Beranda untuk menampilkan summary performansi;
2. Product Knowledge;
3. Arahan dan News Terkini;
4. Reward dan Alert atas performansi tiap individu serta site;
5. Absensi;
