Aplikasi ini di desain khusus bagi

1) Lurah / Camat agar dapat memonitor masing-masing daerah terhadap pelaporan masyarakat yang disajikan dari QLUE dan Waze

2) Petugas Dinas agar dapat menerima pekerjaan dari CROP Dashboard untuk ditanggulangi

3) Fitur Walikota untuk memonitoring kotanya (login as Walikota)
Untuk mendaftarkan walikota baru pada CROP Dashboard:
> saat membuat User CROP Mobile baru, pilih level 2 (Walikota/Kepala Dinas)
> pilih type "kotamadya"
> kemudian pilih kotamadya yang sesuai

4) CROP saat ini bisa men-dispatch jobs ke kelurahan

5) Kelurahan dapat mengkoordinasikan laporan yang masuk dengan Dinas Terkait
