It makes this application not really useful. We have to queu again because the boarding pass not go to the passenger doing online check in. Please citilink.. your app is newer from other but it is not easier than other.. no advantage. Pls fix it soon

I have tried booking through this app. All stages were working fine until the payment submission. Everytime i submitted my purchase it always shows either the 'failed to book' or 'cannot send payment detail' message. It is highly inconvenient, since the purpose of this very app is to book plane ticket without having to go to the computer to do it.

Online checkin always fail to get response. Meanwhile, no problem to access web checkin using mobile browser

Fitur check-in tidak berfungsi. Sudah memberi check mark pada nama, namun dianggap belum sehingga tidak bisa melanjutkan ke proses sebelahnya. Check-in via Web menunjukkan bahwa nama tsb sdh checked in, dgn nomor kursi sdh di-assign. Mohon dapat memperbaiki aplikasi demi kenyamanan pelanggan. Selain itu masukkan, belum ada program customer reward spt miles point, dkk.

Please update flight route especially from HLP. I found route HLP - DPS from another apps, cant find through this apps. Fixed it !

Very basic functions, bad ui, poorly developed software. Uninstall it.

2 pax dalam 1 kode booking cuman bisa check in 1 pax saja....selalu error...ujung ujungnya balik lagi web check in

Login failed : authentication failured. Please try again.. gagal mendapatkan data bandara.. ya ok uninstall until it fixed.

Uda berbulan2 gag bs online check in. Alasannya web masalah. Ms smpe berbulan2 gag ada tindak lanjut?

It should able to view the boarding pass or option to other email. No tool to choose the sit number?

Dari pada ngabisin paket buat download ini app, mending gak usah! Check booking gak bisa! Padahal udah beli tiket! Eeeeh, kemana tiket kok NOT FOUND!

Email terkait check in lewat aplikasi di kirim kemana? Email pribadi tidak Ada krn tidak pernah didaftarkan.

Tolong di perbaiki, untuk list kota tujuan hanya 5 kota saja

It should have a menu for keeping boarding pass in the application. Currently boarding pass is sent to email only. And if the ticket is booked by travel agent, boarding pass is sent to travel agent's email, not directly to passenger. Very weird..

I hardly find how to find fligt for return. Its only show for oneway flight. Better i open the site in full version

Tidak bisa ketik bandara dan memunculkan suggestion, melainkan harus scroll dan pilih. Kalau tekan back untuk ganti tanggal, maka harus ulang pencarian dr awal dengan memasukkan tanggal, bandara dan one way flight.

Bullshit application saying there will be discount with code merdeka but no discount applied. Baggages are extra while using other online site already included in the ticket

Cannot open after downloading, uninstall it.....wasting my time and my data plan.
