GO MOBILE by CIMB NIAGA for Android
This application help me to do transfer and some transactions. But since 2 weeks a go the application is error. It said that "The application can't connect to the server. Please check your network connectivity." I have been check my internet connection and nothing wrong. I also install this app in my other phone but still same error.. CIMB Niaga, please help to fix this issue...
Tiap login 'Session still active' mulu kode udah dikirim lewat sms potong pulsa tapi ga bisa login. Padahal awal-awal lancar. Access *141*8# pun suka error n potong pulsa Rp 250 klo ga jeli 10 kali nyoba udah habis Rp. 2500. Payah nih
Terakhir pakai Go Mobile sekitar tahun lalu dmn msh sering error dan sy lbh mengandalkan cimb clicks. But well, as time goes by, the app grows better! Both for cimb clicks and cimb go mobile. Smoga transaksi overseas jg bs muncul di cimb go mobile
I've been told before that "go mobile" needed stable connection. Once, I've tried 2 mobile banking applications at the same spot. It had no problem with the other bank application but "go mobile" just drove me crazy for not sending the passcode after several trials. Please, fix it! It's been annoying. Thanks
Usually I can access my account using this app but I just realized since today I can't log in to my go mobile account. It keep saying 'can't connect to server, please check your Internet connection' which actually my connection is OK. Please fix.. I saw other user also commented the same thing on how they can't login anymore with go mobile since the last few days. Thanks
Dear CIMB.. Saya nasabah setia CIMB . Semenjak saya ganti hp samsung A3 2016 OS Lolipop.. home saya selalu crash..saat saya unistall aplikasi cimb.. home kembali normal..krn penasaran saya install lagi..dan home kembali crash.. mohon penjelasan..apakah aplikasi ini ga compatible sama samsung atau lolipop? Krn saya sangat butuh aplikasi ini
No updates? Karena aplikasi mulai error. Lama dalam pengiriman kode login, akhir2 ini transaksi mulai bermasalah. Mostly sy pakai utk top up gojek, tp ga bisa terus. Pls fix it. It was very useful but not sure for now.
Design so standart... Pls improve it... Especially the below bottoms, not eye-catching att all so make me a lil bored.. Add it some langguage too (indonesian, chinese and more), anyway im a cimb niaga member and im satisfied.. Thx cimb.... Keep improving for better experience.....
Saya termasuk loyal customer cimb, di msia pakai cimb dan di indo jg pakai cimb.. Tp syg app-nya cimb niaga useless! Mau isi pulsa via app tp Klo ga punya pulsa ga bisa dipakai.. Tiap ada komplain soal pengenaan pulsa. Jawaban admin selalu aja "masih cari cara utk mengurangi" gausah dikurangi, dihilangkan aja..
Sudah login, enter passcode... Hasilnya selalu "session is still active". Bertanya ke CS di 14041 jawaban beragam. Kata CS 1: " itu krn masalah koneksi internet, coba aja terus" . Sy pun coba terus, dan tetap gagal, pdhl sinyal 4G full, malah pulsa sy habis krn setiap passcode bertarif Rp 550. Kata CS 2 " Aplikasi go mobile sedang error, saya juga tidak bisa akses". Kalau Error, kenapa CIMB Niaga tidak memberi tau Secara resmi ke Nasabah? Ini kan merugikan. Membuang waktu dan mencuri pulsa!
Sudah hampir beberapa minggu terakhir tidak bisa pakai sebelumnya lancar tidak ada masalah. Error : The application can't connect to the server. Please check your network connectivity. Sudah ke CS Cimbniaga sudah telp call center no solusi katanya ini masalah system. Please yg punya sistem fix it, i need this app for my financial transaction. Thank You.
I use this apps for years and Ivm happy with it. But now, I cannot use go mobile since 2 weeks ago. Everytime I try to login, there is pop up said : session is still active. And today, I have login successfully, but when I try to make transaction, it said : Fetch customer account from ITM failed. Please fixed it. Thank you
Why the need to send commercials direct after sending the pin... secondly purchase doesn't work, it shows a error... not comes close to the Mandiri application.... why the application doesn't read the sms themselves... every it donkey can do this...
awalnya sih seneng pakai aplikasi ini walaupun user interface nya rada outdated. tapi begitu nyadar kalo setiap login ternyata kena potong pulsa rp 1100 setiap login, BIG NO! hari gini kok masih make potong pulsa. bayangin kalo sehari dipakai beberapa kali login. jauh lebih bagus aplikasi bank sebelah yang ui nya user friendly dan ga motong pulsa.
Now, if we push back..application stuck..any error message. So, I'm not logout properly, too risk, make session still active, i can't login as well. Waiting till when..no idea. Last month still no problem.
Awalnya bagus bagus aja dipake, tiba2 setelah masukkan code slalu muncul tulisan "session still active". Sudah coba uninstall install lagi, reboot hape, tetep aja gbs. Gak mutu ni aplikasi
Well, Go Mobile is just fine, or actually I refuse to use it. Malaysia & Singapore has CIMB Clicks app already, what about us? I'm waiting for that app so badly. Go Mobile cuts my cellphone balance to much.
Actually I really like this app, but sometimes I had to ask pascode up to twice or more to login. This app make me wasted my pulse!!
I dont know whats wrong but. I cant log in..the app said that I cant log in because my network connectivity. But every time? I can browse, streaming movie with my network. But i cant log in to this app?
2) Kejadian lagi !!! Hari ini 3 kali minta passcode. Kepotong pulsa sms 3kali. Tapi munculnya season still active. Stupid sistem !! // 1) Berkali2 diminta login. Trs kepotong pulsa tapi tidak bisa dipakai !!!
Pls fix the error as it always said check your internet connection. Already uninstall n re install more than 5 times but result still the same. 3G, 4G, n my wifi connection run well. Already checked with cimb niaga Indonesia too no error on their site! I tried on LG android this apps works well, on iphone also this apps works well. Only on lenovo android 5.1.1 this apps doesn't work. Pls update the version so android 5.1.1 can run this apps
I can't access go mobile at the moment... it was six times got sms pin and when login always said "error : session is still active".... admin please do some things lah...
Love this app. But it has been 3days I can't log in. I got the notification that the application can't connect to the server and should check network connection. My connection run very well. Please kindly fix it up. It's very bothersome
So far it's the best mobile banking app to me. Easy to use, no need complicated registration. Realtime. Even sometime it can not work on poor data connection, but overall it's usefull.
Permasalahan nya dulu cm kalau mau isi pulsa atau transfer,PIN saya jamin correct,hasil nya technical error,cb lg 2x,ke blokir.. Balik ke KCP,aktifin lg,cb isi pulsa berhasil,horeee.. Minggu depan nya isi pulsa,,balik lg masalah nya,,ke blokir.. Itu dulu,,sekarang,,makin parah,login pk id,kt nya user id salah,disuruh sms ke 1418,dikirimin user id yg sm dengan yg saya input td,,hahaha,,bilang aja minta di sms.. Finally ttp g bs login

Can't connect to server again. sempat jalan lagi di hape kedua. sekarang can't connect lagi di hape kedua. hape pertama tetap ga bisa. masa harus beli hape lagi?
Seriously ?? Do I need to pay for the sms fee everytime I login ? its really ridiculous. just implement google 2FA .
I didn't have problem using old version, until I update it on Google Play. I can not get connected when the network connection of my mobile phone is average/ no high speed connection. So I can not use the app anytime I want like before update (I could use it eventhough the connection was average) It makes me disappointed
Simultaneously got a message passcode for login meanwhile nothing i did with this application.. I think somebody forgot or mistype his ID with my ID.. The security is good actually, but the passcode message more than 5 times in a row is obviously irritating,plus my phone credit cut everything this happen because of somebody forgot/mistype his ID with my ID...
Persi lama bagus abis loading versi baru di Hp Note 4 baru passcode ga di kirim kirim...saya coba di hp lama yang masih ada go mobilenya bagus and saya coba uninstal di hp lama untuk memastikan masalah di hp atau new versi go mobile , akhirnya sama go mobile ga bekerja max passcode ga kekirim2 akhirnya ga bisa membantu untuk transaksi. Tolong kasih solusinya team IT karena orang costumer service bank juga gak bisa kasih solusi thanks
CS Go Mobile Niaga, tolong bantu update atau bagaimana caranya supaya tidak crash dengan Touchwiz nya Samsung.. Setiap kali saya install apps ini muncul tulisan "unfortunetly touchwiz has been stopped" dan berkali2 seperti itu...
Pascode sudah terima tapi pas log in tiba tiba sinyal hilang log in akhirnya gagal. Begitu terus sampe habis pulsa karna kirim ulang pascode lagi. Dan bisa setelah dicoba berkali kali. Aplikasi lambat sekali. Bukan nya mempercepat transaksi malah memperlamat. Please fix it.
aplikasi yg sgt user friendly. saya selalu merasa puas menggunakan aplikasi go mobile. tetapi sekitar sebulan trakhir ini sy mengalami kesulitan transaksi transfer online. responsnya selalu "technical error...dst" Apakah ada solusi? trimaksh
Saya mencoba login lagi setelah mengupdate app. Sudah memasukkan user id dan valid. Tertulis passcode no sudah dikirim ke hape. Sampai mengulang 3 kali tetap passcode tak masuk ke hape. Padahal saya tak pernah ganti no. hape. Please help. Thank you...
saya sudah 1th mgunakan cimb mobile banking, barusan saya mau isi pulsa, pada saat diminta pin keluar error uncaught exception android dan bahasa aneh, dua kali saya coba langsung terblokir sehingga tidak bisa trx, untung ada danamon online yg tidak error.Mohon apkikasi nya diperbaiki.
Love it! Smoothen my daily life. Just that it has some glitches from time to time but no complaints thou, we as user just need to look again at the glitches. There are ways to overcome it. Use cimbclicks if go mobile doesn't work is one of the way. Anyway, its a great app overall. Well done guys. Looking foward to the next improvements.
Tiba2 udah ngga bisa log in lagi,user ID selalu dibilang salah,padahal ngga pernah ganti. Udah coba report ke @CIMBIndonesia, sepertinya percuma juga,ngga membantu. Jadi tetap saja harus ke atm jg ujung2nya.
Aplikasi apaan sih? Kalo lagi error kasih keterangan error. Keterangannya lagi ngirim passcode. Tapi gak nyampe2. Sampe 4 jam dicoba terus gak bisa juga. Sekalinya bisa di bom passcode. Abis dah pulsa gw. Begitu selesai login malah gak bisa transfer. Katanya error. Aplikasi sampah!!!!!

I have been using this app for ages and I had no problem at all. It's very useful and easy. However, since 5 days ago, I cant open this app. It says cant connect to the server everytime I try and ask me to review my internet connection but my internet is totally fine. What happened? Please fix it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it but I still cant open it.
