Love this app! The assignments are fun and easy! BUT this app does not love me back!

I have been using this app for over a year and I love it. Easy to use and the support I have received has been helpful and in a very timely manner. Even in my little town there are jobs almost weekly. Definitely worth the download to check it out and see if you like it. What is the worst that could happen....if it isn't for you, delete it.

They do not give jobs right away, it is NOT first come gets the job. The support is NOT there when you have a problem and cannot complete the job, because of the app, BUT they are going to hold it against you and they are going to put it against you in your ratings, so you get even fewer jobs. I was liking it, till the person I was working with just stopped communication with me. I have driven over a hundred miles round trip do to a bunch of jobs in one day, and because of the app I could not do them. Wasted gas, time and wear and tear. They want jobs done in 48 hours, BUT they do not want to offer you the support. It COULD BE A GREAT WAY TO MAKE MONEY, if they could get everything worked out. They pay as agreed EXCEPT you have to keep track if you do jobs that offer a bonus, I am still waiting to get bonus money from jobs that I did. COMMUNICATION REALLY IS BAD!!! THEY LIE TO YOU ABOUT WHAT THEY WILL DO FOR YOU.

No support. Signed up months ago and after the 1st visit of a campaign, the campaign was shut down. Now, I've filled out (2) surveys and they won't credit me for it. It's $2 and I have proof of completion. It took multiple contacts via the messaging system over several days to get a single response. The response did not address my question.

I've been using this for almost 4 months. I've made over $1000 in spare time! The project mgrs are great to work with and the app is very efficient, link to maps, previews, attachments! I've really enjoyed working with them!

I love this app! The money comes in handy. It's good for people who don't mind doing little jobs in their spare time

This app is Amazing you actually earn money and its all up to the effort you are willing to put in.

Was really good at first been steadily going downhill. Good work not rewarded and blatant favoritism for assigments. The longer u stay the worse u a r e treated

I love this app! It is a very good way to make money. I have been here from the beginning and I have seen many updates come to the app. With each update the app becomes better and focuses on the needs of the users. I have worked with many friendly and very nice representatives, but one that stood out was Sasha. She helped answer my questions or conserns quickly and she assigned me many projects to do. I will continue to use this app and can't wait to see the improvements they have in-store for the app.

I have been using this app for a few months and I have really enjoyed it. I have only had one issue with an assignment but a staff member quickly responded to my question. I love the new feature that requires you to confirm assignments because it helps me stay on track! All of interactions with the staff have been wonderful. I enjoy the opportunity to make extra cash and explore my city!

I've wasted my time and gas! Not able to get funds yet! Asking to buy back products and I have not been reimbursed..asking to buy back products including the entire shelf! Absurd..seems fraudulent and I'm submitting to the BBB! Don't waste money or time here full of it!

Fun and easy with a "fail proof how to guide" to guide you through the entire process. Assignment reviews can be slow at times and payouts are not always paid when requested on those days even if they're requested on time due to these reviews not being reviewed in time. Payouts otherwise are fairly easy that can be frustrating when you need the cash for gas

I've been working with this app since the very end of April and and so pleased with how easy it's been for me to make money despite a complicated life schedule and responsibilities. The app is constantly being improved and the support staff is Simply Amazing! I'm so thrilled with the money I've made using this app and I've referred friends!!

I have used several apps of this nature and Merchandiser is one of my favorites. The pay is fair and they have reliable customer service. I've also noticed they are making adjustments and upgrades on a regular basis to make the app work better.

I appreciate the support staff that assigns assignments and i say they are great. Randy for one has been very helpful. He has taken the extra step on many occasions to help me with assignments and always answers any questions I may have. A great staff to work with. You cannot expect everyone to be perfect all the time but most of the time the support staff is very helpful and reasonable. The support staff here for you makes this a great app.

So far so good, I love the jobs their easy and fun the only issue I have is when I request a job they take forever to assign it or they end up assigning it to someone else after I requested it and waited for a week or so to get assigned to it. Then they put you on the waiting list after I had requested it before it even hot assigned to anyone yet. It gets very frustrating at times because I'm waiting and waiting to get assigned to a project then i get wait listed I feel that's not fair due to the fact I requested the job way before anyone else requested it.

I do amazing work for this company for over six months now. However, I get treated very unfriendly and unfairly. It's a complete buddy system. Keep searching Google play there are more apps like this.

Started with them in February and everything has been great. The jobs are pretty straight forward and there is quick access to support if you have any questions or issues with the app. Randy is always quick to respond so issues are resolved in short order.

Ok, its a great concept but there are a few drawbacks. First, there are print outs required to do some jobs, and that was costly. Second, one of the addresses I was sent to turned out to be completely wrong, and way out on a dirt road. Next, it only gave me 2 days (on a weekend) to complete. Therefore when I tried and tried to contact someone concerning these issues, using several different methods, it was to no avail. That being said, this app is a good way to make a few bucks if you don't run into these issues. I will try again, and if things go better next time I'll change my review. I really do like the concept of merchandising using an app. I've been a merchandiser for 20+ years and it's never been easier than with this app. They just need to work a few kinks out of the system and it will be awesome! I am looking forward to trying again, and hopefully I wont run into any issues so I can change my review afterwards.

I've had an awesome experience with Survey so far. I started doing work for them in December and they've kept me busy. Fair pay for your work and excellent support.

I downloaded the app about a week ago and requested several jobs in my area. I have sent emails asking when will the jobs be approved. No response. I will be deleting the app if I don't get a response before the end of the weekend.

Worked hard for this company for over a year now almost 500 store visits and we'll over 20000 miles, which are seldom reimbursed, and as time has gone by have been watching the payout policy changing change to the benefit of surveys bookkeepers over and over. Which also seems to further screw with when you'll be paid. It just keeps getting drawn out farther and farther every time. They still pay three times a month, but they gave themselves a three day window to process payout requests after the actual payday. And they can't even narrow your specific payment​ down to which of the three days, but so far it's been pretty reliable to count on pay hitting PayPal on the third day of payouts somewhere closer to midnight. But I have seen it drag out to the fifth day of the three day period even after several reminders of the person to the project managers that they haven't been paid yet. And even then it was late in the day. So if you're not financially fit and you really do want to be able to count on the pay you worked for then sign up fast and request all the work you want. Don't mean you'll get it but when you do you'll have 48 hours to complete the work so that they can sit on it unapproved for up to five business days and then when you do get it approved for payout you'll still have to wait for up to three possibly five days after the end of that specific ten day pay period. Other than that the work itself is great, and some of the project managers are really cool people and do try to help you out. But their hands are tied pretty tight too.

Everyone I have worked with, Alex, Hans and Brecklynn are great. The best survey app by a long shot. Everything else doesn't even come close to how clear/concise they are at Msurvey about what to expect and how much you will be reimbursed. Awesome place to pickup work

Great support, love this app. They keep me busy great payment schedule 3x month. Love that they will call me to see if I can do assignment and give extra time if needed.

Pros: not micromanaged Extra money Cons: projects can be extensive, you dont really know what to prepare for. Twice ive worked inside coolers w/no prior knowledge or opportunity to prepare, no communication, sometimes unreasonable due dates, app is not current with products so you spend more time combing through whats to be merchandised vs. Actual merchandising, the pay out set up is HORRENDOUS theyve changed to a 3 day pay period that can last up to however long they need. My last job was completed the 26th. I did 9 stores and only 8 of 9 were reviewed together. So i was able to request payment on the 1st and was supposed to be payed no later than the 5th. I was paid the 7th and now will take about 3 more days to hit my bank via paypal. the last store is still pending, i wont see that money for another week or 2 atleast. Not a lucrative way to make money but good for extra, not relied upon monies. Good luck! Update: after asking for 2 days how to deactivate my acct (i wanted to do myself if possible once im paid since they cant seem to pay in a timely manner) and finally got the response "deactivated." Company is trash, no people skills involved what so ever and i have yet to have ANYTHING go smoothly with them and thats honest. I may contact the EEOC for this 1.

Jobs are numerous, the only drawback is the request process. After you are assigned a project you have 48 hours to complete your assignment. Pay should be about 20% higher. I also do mystery shops so this is based on my experience in that field. I am pleased with having another option to make some extra cash. This is a job you are assigned so you need to treat it as such. I really enjoy having jobs I can complete on site. I have never enjoyed working on a report at home for another hour. Thank you for creating this app. I really love it.

They suck. I did a visit almost 30 miles away. And the app didn't pickup that I was there. I asked the store manager to write down the date, time and store number for proof, but still was never paid for the gas I wasted.. never do any far visits!!! I still ask the survey merchandiser management team about it from time to time and get ignored about the matter.. I've been a 4 star worker since I started 7 months ago... sad.

Pay attention when you request a job. They may notify you via text message from an unknown number or email. You have to follow all instructions prior to performing. This app is legit.

I've had this app for two weeks, and I can't get assigned any jobs at all. I've requested more than 20, but get no response on any of them. Tried Easy Shift, and got a job my first day. I'll wait another week, then I'm uninstalling.
