I think it doesn't deserve to give you my privacy because I bought one of your devices. I'LL delete the app & sell the device I just want to measure blood so why I have to give your app all this permissions?

T70%
by T####:

I have android 6.0.1. I have the HS3 scales. My phone pairs with the HS3 no problem, but the app doesn't seem to be able to find my scales. Useless. Why is this recommended by MyFitnessPal when it doesn't work?

T70%
by T####:

Precise location needed? Read SMS? Access to all Media/Pictures? Annoying pop-ups if I don't allow all permissions?

T70%

Use too work great with the Google update 7 bp ease quit working. Now have the new Clear but app won't connect to WiFi

B70%

Too many permissions. Why my pic & location are necessary for the app to work without the annoying pop up msgs coming up every time?

I have an HS5 which has trouble syncing wiht my Android 7.0 , Galaxy S8 after the latest update. Although this is said to be fixed

After update on 03/05/17, my wave no longer syncs with my app!! Bluetooth can not been seen.

Very nice design, but no link to non iHealth devices or google fit

T70%

You can't use the app if you don't have a profile created, this should be optional, I only want to transfer my data to my phone not upload it to a cloud service, as I said, this should be optional, not a requisite to use the app.

Works great. All the tools to monitor my health rolled into 1

Update* after a week of having this scale not measure my bf% and refuse to sync with its own app I have returned the scale and will not buy anything from ihealth again. * From what ive been able to figure out. You used to be able to sync with MyFitnessPal. And it now says coming soon in features. I just purchased your scale and do all my tracking through MyFitnessPal. When do you expect this functionality will return as it's kind d of important to me and would think about returning your product without that

I like the layout of the app and it connects without any problems using the BP3L. There is some functionality missing however. The reports need to be formatted a little better instead of just giving a list of readings with date/time. When trying to email a report, the app only works with Android's native Gmail and not with other 3rd party email apps. I get an error trying to use TypeApp so I had to enable the Gmail app in Settings. I normally do not use the Gmail app at all. Also, I'd like to be able to save a copy of a report locally onto the phone instead of having to email myself a copy. Other than these few things, the product (BP3L) is accurate and the app works good. No pairing needed, just start up the app on the phone. I'm using a rooted Nexus 6P + stock Android 7.0.

Have problem with BP7 and EasyBP3. Unable to connect, have to turn on and off to try to make it detect or connected but unable to control the meter. Sometimes unable to disconnect the meter, have to turn off Bluetooth to disconnect. Sometimes have to force forget the meter to discover it again. It's very annoying. This is a very buggy application, please fix it. This is a Samsung Galaxy S5 and also Samsung Galaxy Note 2, Note 4. Lenovo yoga tablet simply won't connect at all to EasyBP3, BP7 works randomly.

T70%
by T####:

Never worked on my LG V10. Works on my S7 edge. I really would like to know why you need my location for this app to work on blood pressure monitoring? 3 stars because I can finally use the cuff again....but stalker app keeps it low.

W70%
by W####:

After changing the batteries on the scales it will continually say 'Set' (which then drains the batteries). When I try to connect to the scales using the phone it says bluetooth successful, wifi not connected (although all my other wifi appliances work) and I can not use it. How can it not work if the bluetooth is connected? This used to work perfectly and I had great results. Now I have a pointless pair of expensive scales.

T70%
by T####:

I use it for their oximeter but it's unusable because each time the app freezes. I will have to return my device for a refund.

T70%
by T####:

Downloaded and installed. Username and password correct but says incorrect. Cant make another as username used and is mine. Can log in on line but not in this app. If I hadnt given the scales away and bought some that worked your suggesting could have been tried. But a little too late for that now. Thanks for the notice atleast.

I regret buying the HS5 scale as it presents nothing but problems. After being in storage for a year I thought I would give it another chance. 1hour later and the scale is now in the rubbish. The app is appalling and could not setup the scale despite the scale changing from setup to connected via Wi-Fi. Waste of Money

K70%
by K####:

Crash Buggy... It's alright if it works. Installation and pairing easy enough, now app constantly stopping. Would be better if you could use multiple people on single account (eg. For children)

T70%
by T####:

If you bought this scale, sell it or return it. The app no longer connects to My Fitness Pal, which was the only connected app it has. If you are trying to track your progress with any other app, you are S.O.L. No phone tracker connectivity or even IFTTT. So disappointed. I should have got any of the other choices.

T70%
by T####:

Another company that decided they want to collect all your private information after selling you their product. Location!? App History!? Camera!? That and your private health info being uploaded to their servers....hope you dont ever try to buy life/health insurance after recording/uploading any health issues. Good luck on insurance rate.

T70%
by T####:

Even thought the device (iWave) correctly displays the swim log, syncing would not upload anything. On the other hand the app is somehow convinced that I burnt something like 200.000.000 calories on Dec 2019 (time of writing: 2017). One firmware update and yet no fix. The activity grid offers no filtering options. UI and UX are obnoxious. At this point not worth using, and therefore not worth buying the device at all.

Connects sometimes pairs for a few seconds and just says set but wont go any further using Galaxy S7. Have tryed emailing them as the NZ 0800 ph no supplied seems to be disconnected but they havent bothered to reply. Not impressed!

T70%
by T####:

Complete rubbish. I paid good money for this and can not use it without logging in. Five password resets later and it will still not let me in. And why does it need me to log in to test my blood pressure anyway?

A70%
by A####:

Is it not possible to add the glucose monitor into the one app instead of having a separate app. Could it have multiple users or a guest function. And it would be good if it displayed the current battery status of the device when using it and it's last status when not connected but viewing the results.

T70%

Hello iHealth, can you pls try to help me in connecting my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 into my device which is AM3. Because when I try to connect it using bluetooth settings of my phone it will say "unable to communicate". and then when I used the iHealth app, it won't detect the AM3.
