Egg Timer

Almost gave me a heart attack when I got a new phone and couldn't find my favorite egg timer app. Then I realized you changed the icon!

Do one thing and do it well, and this app does that! So quick and easy to use. Does a simple job perfectly with only the flexibility you need with nothing getting in the way. Nice work, thanks Tim!

Handles screen locking properly. However landscape mode is extremely ugly and the bottom half of all timer values aren't displayed. 5 stars for the portrait mode, 1 for the landscape mode.

What else could you ask for? Raison d'etre achieved. • Common, yet customizable, time intervals. • Custom alarms • Volume control and vibrate options. • One touch restart so I am easily reminded to take a stretch break every 20 min.

I was looking for a simple timer for my exercises. This one works simply and you can change all the presets to what you want do you can have lots of current ones. The only problem I have is finding any options>settings on my phone (a Y5).

Thought the very decent simple app icon seen in appstore becomes a terrible pixelerated hourglass from 90s on the desktop. Other icons discriminating it for being so ugly the app cries for a face lift. But the app is PERFECT itself

Old and outdated and rather terrible on anything when using the auto rotating screen. Too bad it appears abandoned.

Cooking two things at once and only one timer on the stove? Egg timer app. 20 spare minutes for a cat nap? Egg timer app. Used up all the snoozes on my alarm and still want a few minutes? Egg timer app. Started laundry and want to remember when to change the load over? Egg timer app. Need to remember when to rinse the henna out of my hair? Egg timer app. This is one of the most frequently used apps on my phone.

Quick and simple. I love the preset times buttons. I haven't tried any other apps, but can't imagine it getting much better than this.

Great application nice one! I suffer with a back problem and timing is important for me, but this app is the best one out there for me and I thank you for you're the man! Bless you!

Love everything about it. Except the crappy low res. icon that looks like it is from Windows 3.1

Here's no menu to choose what sound you want to play for the alarm. I don't know how I can set it to the sound I want. Need a fix for this asap. My old phone has a menu button built into the phone - but that has been replaced by a windows button to see what apps you have open. So not to get to the setting in this app, I need a menu/settings button in the app that I can click on (like I would click on the 5 minute countdown button) so I can change the alarm tone.

Very clean, highly functional. Every button can be set to whatever you like. Makes it very fast and ready to start a timer.

It is very convenient to use. Love the preset buttons. 3 phones later and never a problem and is refreshing to have an app with no ads, no highjacked screen, etc.

Really nice simple timer, but my phone has no menu key, so I don't know how to get to the options! (Samsung Galaxy s7)

It might not look like much, but it is very useful and has a wonderfully simple user interface

Years later, it is still the best. I would love to see this on android wear as well.

One click... For timer and snooze

Ive tried several of these kitchen timer apps since our egg timer broke. this is the only one that is fully customizable and the only one with an adjustable alarm volume. I've uninstalled those crappy ones, this one is much, much better.

I have both a LG tablet and LG phone this app allows me to change the alarm on phone,but not on tablet.I can't even access the menu .As of May 9,2015 I still have not heard from the maker of this app,does anyone have any suggestions about this app?

When you long-press a timer and try to change the value, you can't do it with the keyboard. It just does not save it when you do. You are forced to use the up and down arrows to do it successfully.

This is an awesome app. The only issue I have is that you can't see the time without going into the app. I wish you could see it in the top margin.

Tried a number of timer and this app is the easiest to use although it does not look fanciful.

I would like it if the option to have continuous ringing was available.

This program does all it says (all I need) and has a charming simplicity to it. That and the little egg timer images just make my day :-)

Simple, easy, works

Had this app since day 1 on my android & is fantastic, use it every day. Only problem is the alarm music doesn't loop, so once its gone off that's it.

Nothing extra, just a great little timer. The simple interface really helps when you have your hands full.

No-nonsense timer, highly efficient interface. I just wish the time font was bigger or user adjustable
