You can't set anything lower than 50. It's just too high and I see no necessity for any minimum. If a user wants the thing to flash even just one time, there should be no reason to disallow it.

Every time a blocked call comes in the light stays on and I can't get it to turn off even after going thru the settings and in have to restart my phone. I am uninstalling until further notice. Sorry
