Set up was hit and miss but finally was operational. Picture on camera is good on 720p and wifi is connected to virgin v6 router. Video recording can only be done when manually pressed. I have been unable to have any event taken as an automatic snapshot as it will not capture on SD card. Setup menu is complicated and the camera is not operating as I would have imagined during any event. Video and time lags. Would not buy again hence 3 stars.

Undecided. Hi there, I purchased 4 cameras compatible with this app from Amazon. I love the look and the lense span of the camera, the picture is great, the 2-way audio is clear enough but there is a slight delay. The first camera configured and connected immediately. The other 3 won't connect at all - I'm not sure if it's a camera thing or the app. So for the time being I'm giving it 3 stars. I will revise if/when the other cameras connect. I'll give it the weekend for everything to sync up - if it doesn't then I'm returning the cameras or will seek a different app to use. Undecided at the moment.

used the app for several days on android tablet and it worked fine, then it started giving me a blank app window when i tried re-maximizing after minimizing. i usually have to reboot tablet to get it to work properly. pain in the butt. still has major bugs to work out.

Has anyone ever had a reply from these developers regarding these issues? Seems not. Does anyone know how to stop it recording all the time? I want it to record when there is something to record, not all day! Hello developers!

The app work OK when it works, with one exception. The FTP functionality does not work correctly. It will connect to the FTP server, but never transfered anything. When the app doesn't work (about 25% of the time), it locks up my whole phone and I have to either wait about 2 mins for a close/wait dialog or restart my phone. The restart is usually faster. I can live with the FTP problem, as that was just a bonus for me, but no app should lock up any phone, ever. That's just kindergarten programming. If possible, I'd find something else. My review for the camera this controls is going to be just about as bad.

App freezes and force stops a lot. Have to clear cache frequently. You cannot record if you don't have the app open, and the recordings are in 15 minute intervals, which you have to delete one at a time.

This app is poorly designed and offers no sign of aid or instruction. It works as far as being able to see and use the camera, but the settings and extra functions is a guessing game.

Does not allow you to view video records on pixel XL. Does not record audio. Always seems to record after motion has occurred. Would not recommend to others. App is awfull

Good picture quality but i have to keep resetting my phone to see the cameras, they keep coming black out. I hate the fact if you close the app it stops recording.

Great app. Bought the cameras (4 of them) from Amazon and setup was pretty easy. Had some trouble figuring out the FTP settings, but there customer service was fast, friendly and super efficient. They walked me through the whole process.

Junk. Freezes, slow and clunky. The hardware works great but the software makes it almost unusable. Have to force stop to make it work again.

Worst ever. DO NOT BUY! The cameras do not work on decent wireless internet which is in itself ridiculous. It changes the volume on your phone to try and connect to the highest level it will be. Waste of time waste of money uninstalling this app and sent the cameras back. Abysmally poor if I could give it no stars I would.

Had to plug in directly to the wifi router to force it to connect. The software is too basic, doesn't allow me to even change the default password. Picture quality of my cam is great but is only as good as the crappy software that runs it. Can't even log on today to see my son. How about a software revision? The longer I have this app and unable to connect to see my son the more I hate it. It's probably just a spy cam for the terrible developer. I'm going to try other apps to see if I can connect. Will leave negative comments to Camera maunfacturer for using this crappy app.

I like it and I got it hooked up and live streaming but the recording won't work, Everytime I try to record it bumps me off-line, don't know how to fix the problem very unhappy!!

Camera has good picture and setup was slick but can't record or save when motion is detected. Basically useless for security. Could be an expensive baby monitor.

It freezes way too often. Won't send me motion notifications. What is the use of this app if it doesnt do what it should. Why location permission? What could be the reason you need my location? Bought this camera to watch my back garden but the app is useless.

The app and web-based software is severely flawed. Can't access ANY features at all. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and it still doesn't work. Do not buy product!!

I bought it for my father and end up using it more than he does. I like it, it serves it's purpose. This is a cheaper camera so people if your looking for something a little better than spend more money and dl a better app!

Dangerous! My baby fell out of the crib and on his head, screaming bloody murder! The app cuts out, says disconnected, and can't click into the feed. The whole point of a baby monitor is to watch your baby... dysfunctional p.o.s.

It connected right away! That is the good part. gui sucks. software sucks. settings suck....I tried to set up the motion alarm so if something or someone comes up at night I would know....Alarms cannot be set for times so they CONSTANTLY go off in the first 5 min so can't use that....PC interface took 20 min to install then has 0 functionality and is a total POS. You can see the cam THAT IS IT. By the reviews of others this company does not care about support so if you need to look at a cam and do nothing else with it, it is perfect. If your use level is any higher go for something else ( like I am about to do) Device is great! Software and the interface SUCKS!!!

So the app is a typical thrown together app. Freezes sometime, kind of clunky to use BUT the thing that made me debate giving them one start is the BACKGROUND DATA USAGE. In a few days it racked up 3gb worth of background data usage. How are you going to make a streaming app and allow it to go crazy with background data like that? Every other video streaming app I know kills the stream in the background.. just a thought

The camera itself works great. I do however keep getting notofications that there is motion detected but when I go to the app to view it, there's nothing there. Ive changed the sensitivity but it does not help.

Not sure why people are having issues, the app works great. New layout is nice too. Great work guys!

The sound when configuring wifi is so loud, and obnoxious I should return this camera because no trust worthy company would think something that loud - and evasive up me turning my volume down - is a good idea.

Crashes half the time. UI is kind of rough. Also a battery hog, consuming 2% of my battery per hour.

Legitimately doesn't work. Camera won't stay connected and is thus not usable.

Every time single time I open the app it has a blank black screen, so I restart the app and it sits on a gray screen with app name at the top so again I shut it down and retry sometimes it finally opened up by the third time sometimes more. It's quite irritating!!

The app used to work, but crashes instantly on my tablet with the latest update.

Click on it, long pause, then blank screen, have to restart tablet or phone, seems to have LOTS OF GLICHES ,& bugs. will come back on for a few minutes, blank black screen again, useless app taking up space on my phone to go with useless camera I wasted money on.

App stopped working, can't add cam to app on my Samsung Note 4.

Please add feature to download video and pictures to smartphone from the app. Please add feature to enable auto nightvision from app, if manual on off is triggered it is not possible to revert back to auto. Please add feature to delete invidual files from app and add clear date and time for each file in browser not just filename.

I have tried for days to set up this camera with the app. can't get the camera on line. will send everything back. waste of money and time.

Not at all.... I can not set up the alarm push notification to my email.... It did record some videos and then it stop recording.... It doesn't take any pictures automatically with the alarm.... NO...!! I DON'T RECOMMEND this app AT ALL

This app constantly struggles to connect to my cameras. And when it does it disconnects within 2 minutes

Picture quality good But what is purpose of the wifi camera with TF card, when it can't store the vedio , I request developers to test the software and provide an update to update the firmware of camera so that recording can happen in the SD card

Been using 2 weeks and blacks out on me, have to restart it. Frustrating and inconvenient.

This camera sucks. I keep having a connection problem.
