Our aim for the EU&T Summit is to push operations as well as transformation. We all need to have the same understanding that Europe needs to improve simultaneously transformations and operations in 2016
What does “push transformation” mean ?
DT’s strategy will stay the same and strategy transformation will be executed via the ONE DT program.
Digitization is the key topic of this years TMTM. Important to know is that digitization in EU is part of the transformation already incorporated by our ONE DT (Europe) initiatives. However, 2016 digitization will be significantly more in focus.
The buy-in of all managers is required to continue our strategy transformation.
