It works simply and well, and seems to be about the ONLY app that simply emulates a sundial, which you would think would be fairly common. I like it. One quibble is that I don't understand why you have to touch the screen to show the shadow. Why can't the shadow just be there and move through the day? It would also be nice to have a widget, so you could keep it on-screen, like a regular clock. I also tells me that there is no sun after sunrise for a while. It's now almost 7am, and the sun is pouring through my window. According to another app I have, the sun is at .5 degrees elevation But it says it isn't up yet, even though sunrise was an hour ago.

A sundial does work at night.....its just the earth gets in the way....and then its just known as a 'dial :-)
