Creepy Tales

I sometimes read about scary tales and urban legends believing they are real but I've got to say they really are. It's interesting to read about scary stories but I've never wanted to try the mirror urban legend because it scares me in the dark.

This app is AWESOME! Told all my friends & they luv it 2! most of them r really good, I got goosebumps Read them all iN one night though, I NEED MORE

I think this is the best of its kind..i love the designs and most stories are great and well-written. It's been a long time since it was updated with new stories, though.

Every story in here is interesting and I have pretty much read all of them, worth checking out especially since its free! They're all relatively short the stories too, none of them are over half an hour. Some people like that some people don't, still worth checking out if you don't enjoy short stories but are always looking for a spook!

Oh, man. The stories in here were frakkin scary( but good! }. Especially the one called,'her name... you know, the one you have to go read NOW, and tell people to tell other people. Otherwise... that girl... Nora... will be there soon.

I'm a big baby to anything even remotely creepy so these stories freaked me out! Its not that they are truly scary but they make you think Also there's like hundred of stories :]

A lot of these are good classic creepypastas, and I tip my hat to whoever made this app for that. However, there are definitely a lot more that would go great with this app. 'Psychosis,' or 'Lemon Blossom Girl' come to mind.

This app has such creepy stories I had to take it down off my phone background. Didn't want a friend to find it and go "Wtf Tom?!". Great app none the less.

WOW. this is really scary and disturbing especially if you read this at night! Does anyone know if the stories are true? I'm creeped :o

Very good. Im hooked cant stop reading. It litteraly sends shivers down my spine. Warning: dont read bfore going 2 bed! (read the "AWAKENING" story)))

It's free so I can't complain. Simple UI, some fun campfire stories. Could use an update with new stories every now and then, but there isn't anything else like it I've found.

It lives up to its name. CREEPY. Made me shiver and paranoid... I feel like I'm being watched. Don't quite get Toolbox in Crimes and Insanity though.

Spelling and grammar issues. Largely uninspired and juvenile however a select few did leave chills. A decent attempt.

Very good app. Best scary stories I have ever read. Read them all in 2 days. They all freaked me out (specially mirrors) for 2 months!

Love it. Me & my sister read them ALL the time :) i just wish i knew if any were true. My favorite story is a mothers love. But it is soo sad :(

The stories weren't all that scary and had Mi real basis behind them, left me saying "wait, wtf?" But good try none the less

A lot of these stories are REALLY good. Creepy stuff. I wish it would update with new stories though. And there are quite a few grammatical errors.

This app took a few stories from "1000+ scary stories" and tried to fool you into downloading. Pethetic. Don't be a fool and don't support this!

I live very close to and have been inside the building decribed in the story observe and absolve! Its wiked scary but they tore down the courtyard

I'd 5 * it if there were more stories in the crimes and insanity category! That one's my favorite. :D Please fix!

Few were creepy most made me laugh. Its not that scary!! Try again.

Forego my sleep just to read all the stories & I scared the sh*t out of me! Freaking awesome stories..! Need more update & fast.

Would give it 5 stars if it had pinch to zoom. Please add this. Stories are good for a quick read, somewhat intriguing, good for all ages. Those that mock this app probably like watching TV more than expanding their imagination by reading. More stories plz and again, add Zoom feature.

Stories are pretty short, but genuinely creepy! I actually had to stop reading one night while lying in bed, I got spooked :S

Stories aren't scary and those that are interesting are most likely made up because they all end "no one knows what will happen if you do this or that" which makes the story seem made up

I actually wanted to try some of the ones from the evil section and mirror sec but honestly i beleive in spirits good an bad and im scared to try them

The "Instructions to Evil" section is actually really scary. I definitely want to see if that homeless man in Manhattan is actually going to be there. Haha. The stories are great but really short and you'll be done within a day or two. Too short ! But an otherwise great app, so 5/5.

Im twelve and Im going to a sleepover.I downloades to scare a girl I dont like.But dude,I read a few of ,The secrts of our mind, And Im scared for life and the Real stories Only a half of them coz I was crapping myself.Its good tho :)

I love theses stories. All the other stories I download was just plain.boring. but this app is soooo interesting. Please add more stories.

If i was 14 id have given it 5 stars but its written for kids not adults. Ppls comments didn't reflect this. Uninstalled.

These stories have the quality--both in premise and in writing--of a short story assignment some half-assed elementary school student put off till the last moment. Before now I'd never read something so poorly written that it actually made me angry. Don't waste your time with this one.
