zserv-reader

zserv-reader is a small tool for reading offline html based compressed documents. It reads .zip files and works as a local web server you can access with your favorite browser. Because there are a lot of .chm books out, it also can read .chm files, but not with full functionality. (You can browse .html files in the archive.)

Try to change port number if site cannot be opened.
