I found this App interesting, as the author has put his own personal experiences into context which we can relate to; whether we suffered something dramatic in our lives or going through a tough time. This App has an easy step by step guideline to boost your self-esteem, build encouragement, inspiration and motivation and also teaches you not to give up and reach for yours dreams! I have gained and learnt something new… Affirmations, something positive to have in life.

This is truly inspiring,I hate reading but I couldn't stop as it's all true reflections on life that anybody can relate to Wether your experience differ but it speaks to you..awesome

Gr8 app, everyone could relate to the story. I like the affirmations as you can always go back and reflect. The battle is in our minds so when you repeat the affirmations over and over again your thinking changes for the better. Love it!
