Just adjusting the release settings on your bindings is not enough. Often times the "DIN" must be changed to reach the correct torque values to ensure safety. These numbers are just initial values for your ski technician to begin testing the toe and heel pieces of your binding. The forward pressure must be set properly as well. And most importantly bindings must be checked for indemnification! This should all be done by a CURRENTLY CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL. Don't destroy your knees, support your local shop!
