Will NOT shop here again. In Feb. 2015 we were "sold" a 2011 VW Jetta, under the premise that the CarFax reported NO issues. Not even 2 weeks later, we started coming out to a DEAD battery. We finally saw that, sometimes without us knowing, the driving lights would just switch on overnight! We contacted Easterns about this, and the associate stated that a manager would call us back. We NEVER received a return call, and subsequently have been stuck with essentially a LEMON. We have had to jump this car more times than we can count over the past few months that we've had it, and what's sad is, once the loan is drawn, it appears to be out of Eastern's hands. This is a POOR operation, and I blame every associate that has had a hand with this sale! Now MY credit will be marred by this.
