App won't open, says I lost my internet connection and to try again later...happens when connected to wifi or when using mobile data.

I had this app on an older phone i have updated my phone now the app tells me error your offline unable to connect

App is not functioning properly. It keeps telling me I am offline, but I posted this with the same phone.

Will not open without a data connection. It is just adware. Someone should be arrested for tampering with government property.

This app doesn't work. Keeps saying I've lost Internet connection. There for it sucks don't download.

Perma crash

Redownloaded twice, both times keeps telling me I'm "not connected to the Internet. Please reload". I've restarted my galaxy s7 edge, used airplane mode to reset cell connection. And used WIFI, STILL NOT WORKING.

If you are looking for the REGULATIONS, DON'T LOOK HERE! This is the third time I have downloaded this app. First time, the app was in terminal download. The second time was filled with ads, and this time I get the Front cover and then to some 3rd party web-site.

As a mechanic who does DoT annuals this app is VERY incomplete when compared to subsection 393 and appendix G. Very disappointed. The appendix G in my version only gives brake stroke limits up to type 24 chambers.

After you get used to reading the screen, it's very helpful.

Would be better if I didn't have to start over at the beginning after pressing the back arrow. Also, if you are putting the sections on the front page of the app, please include all of them not just up to part 375.
