Very limited on droid. Can't import 1 customer, you have to import your whole address book, I don't need private and family in there!!! And i dont want to type info twice. Can only schedule for 1 day, if you put a job that is 4 days it schedules all day and all night for 4 days, not 8 to 5 for 4 days... again don't want to type it in 4 times 8 to 5. Missing a lot of other functionality as well. Recommed joist for estimates and invoices and 4W for job tracking and scheduling, both pull from your contact list 1 at a time as needed and schedules working hours and both are FREE... hope this gets better but so far eh... can only import data in the cloud from Apple os not excel/CSV

We have used this program over a year now and HouseCall Pro has been AMAZING! This was the smartest addition for our company. We are a small HVAC company. This allows us to communicate with our customers with alerts notifying from the moment we are on the way to the moment we complete our jobs, job reminders, follow up emails, etc. as well as text if the customer downloads the app. HCP has increased our customer satisfaction drastically. We can take pictures with every job, allow the techs to view history of each customer, collect payment either on site or the customer can pay direct online or via app. I can't say enough positive things about this program. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING and they truly make updates and changes to their software based off what contractors request, not what they "think" will be beneficial. Thank you HouseCall Pro!

Recent update that shows a message letting you know that the person calling you is a housecall pro customer blocked my ability to answer calls and is now moved up some but blocks other things on the screen for 60 seconds. Beta test FAIL...

Excellent software for small business. It's a CRM lite coupled with payment taking that takes care of everything but your accounting.

Simple to use and just what I need to organize my pressure washing customers, estimates and jobs

Nice app to go with the whole Housecall Pro system. Our customers love the automatic notifications and extra level of communication between tech and customer. And thanks, Housecall, for continuing to improve an already great app!

Super helpful when working on the go!

The app ia nice, but they will jack the price up on you. We were paying $89 then they told us to pay more or we lose every thing. Just checked now they want almost $200.

I've used several other scheduling systems including Jobber and have found Housecall Pro to be far superior in all aspects. The app is great for employee interaction. They are always looking for feedback to make this the best out there. I've needed to reach out to them a few times for additional help or specific questions and they provide excellent, rapid customer service. I highly recommend Housecall Pro!!

Changed the terms for free version after 2 months limiting to 10 jobs per month! Not worth $40 per month.

Very professional and useful. Flat rate pricing would be good nice option to add.

Definitely eliminates paper, makes life a little easier.

Annoyingly call everyday and text you every day to sign up.. pay for use app, if you don't end up buying they harass you non stop. Don't even download or you'll be added to their call list

This app gives me NO control over the notifications. Go to settings and the only thing you can adjust is caller ID. Not a robust program. Developers need to get off their asses.

I love the technology. Works great for my business problem is i cant figure out how to update or change my email address.....

Will up rating when critical features are improved.

The updates keep on having problems. When i import contacts from my phone it doesn't pull the address correctly. Also if you have a customer requesting service through the app it continues to say "housecall" until you schedule a time and date. It would be nice to have someone from housecall contact us to go over these issues. Overall the app is very useful and the problems are minor.

I've been using this app for about 3 months with my Galaxy S6. It works about 80% of the time, the other times you just get an error message. You are not able to zoom pictures and they take forever to upload, and you have to upload one at a time

App worked at first then it kept giving me notifications after notifications not sure if the patients are getting the notifications they shouldn't be I guess I'll find out

We don't know how we ever got along without it! We love it. Our clients love the technology. Highly recommend this app!

This app is very helpful and allows me to keep track of jobs,time,and allows me to easily GPS addresses.

I hate the recent update it blocked my answering button. I have never left a review like this. I am very disappointed.

Very useful app for me.The things I like the most is they use our feedback to continue to develop the app. It has only gotten better for me. Thanks HCP.

Great app & service

HVAC company that has tried 2 other service dispatching companies and they promised to sync with Quickbooks that failed to do and customer service was a joke with both.....so far everything has synced with Quickbooks and I'm very happy with the progress but I've only had it one day.....I'll update it if I have a problem! I have high hopes for this one.

Latest update now opens app in dashboard by default. Bad enough the app barely works as it is. Just one step to go thru,wasting even more of my time. Would like option to not update or have options in settings(currently there are no setting to change) ready to go back to paper invoices.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I downloaded this app before getting a quote on invoice printing and I'm sooo glad I did. This app frees up so much time at the end of the day it's amazing. I used to spend hours at the end of the day doing paperwork. No more! I've had nothing but positive feedback from customers. This is all with the free version! Like another reviewer said, it almost feels like I'm stealing. Going to upgrade to the next tier. Already referred this to another plumber in my network and it blew his mind.

After almost 6 months of usage they have listened to each customer suggestion and made this into a 5 star app/service. Couldn't ask for more.

I thought the last couple of apps I've used were great. I just so happen to come across this while I was in search of something totally different. I am taken back by what they have available.

This app makes doing business easier and has increased the efficiency of writing estimates and collecting for services. The dash board helps to keep updated on how the company is doing.

Great app. The tool every General Contractor/Businesses owner need to. Perform all office work done right and fast. Very accurate.
