A Missão é o que faremos para atingir o nosso alvo.

A MIRE é uma igreja que acredita que seu principal trabalho é cumprir o ide de Jesus: levar o Evangelho a todas as pessoas, fazendo delas discípulos de Cristo. Cremos também no batismo no Espírito Santo e na manifestação dos dons espirituais. Assim, os pontos centrais da nossa missão apontam em três direções:

- Para cima: exaltar Jesus Cristo com o nosso testemunho, em nossos cultos, eventos, e todas as atividades externas.
- Para dentro: servir todos os que são chamados para fazer parte da nossa igreja, encorajando-os a crescer na graça e no conhecimento do nosso Senhor e Salvador e a descobrir e desenvolver os seus dons espirituais e talentos, de modo que possam ser utilizados no cumprimento da grande comissão.
- Para fora: proclamar a mensagem da salvação a todas as pessoas, em todo e qualquer lugar, ensinando-lhes o Evangelho de Jesus Cristo, de modo que sejam salvas pela graça, mediante a pela fé no Filho de Deus. The Mission is what we do to achieve our target.

The MIRE is a church that believes that their main job is to fulfill the ide of Jesus: to bring the Gospel to all people, making them disciples of Christ. We also believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit and the manifestation of spiritual gifts. Thus, the focal points of our mission point in three directions:

- Up: exalt Jesus Cristo and our witness in our services, events, and all outdoor activities.
- Inside: serve all who are called to be part of our church, encouraging them to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, and to discover and develop their spiritual gifts and talents, so that they can be used in fulfilling the great commission.
- Out: proclaim the message of salvation to all people, everywhere and anywhere, teaching them the Gospel of Jesus Cristo, so that they are saved by grace through faith in the Son of God.
