Beware. The worst experience ever I had. At the hotel reception desk they said that my booking is cancelled and I never get my money back. They said that agency is on black least. Never trust them. And they block my phone number in customer service. Cheaters !!!

Do not trust this app!!! I booked a room with two beds. When I called the hotel to confirm they told me it was only one bed. I asked the hotel booking site to make accommodation and they were going to charge me an extra $220!!!! I then wanted to cancel and they charged a $55 cancelation fee. Ugh never again trust a sketchy site for a good deal.

Upon opening the app. & creating an account, I choose U.S. as the Country I wanted to search. The screen then flashed over & started flashing messages claiming "Sarah just book a 4 star in Paris for $85.00!!" & so on! THAT'S LITERALLY ALL THIS APP WOULD DO! WTH!?!

Warning do not book through them. I booked a hotel and got a confirmation email but when I arrived at the hotel they told me hot.es canceled my reservation. I got no notification from them and no refund and to pay for the room again.
