I have try on many different phone on this app try to connect to hs02 with no success. Keeping say unable to find the device

Device works well, app is pretty horrible. Works only when it wants to which makes it very inconvenient at times.

Not works at all.

As with most IoT devices these days, they have a very beta feel. I would not connect any devices that can burn down your house to these switches. They are very flaky, and work 60/40. If you want 99%, skip this.

Try for an hour in every which way possible, using this app to connect to wifi network and Hootoo smart outlet. No success. Wondering it's my network or phone problem, I bought a TP-Link smart outlet, got it setup in 3 minutes and working. This is definitely a bad app and probably Hootoo also. I'm returning Hootoo to Amazon for a refund!

Constantly getting pop ups saying the program has crashed. Never got it to connect with outlet from Amazon. Junk. Samsung note 3
