This is a license key for the main app it works fine for me but remember you also have to purchase the license for computer which is reasonable at under $100 for lifetime software.

Bathroom 2 is misspelled. Can't edit any items. Can't modify to fit basements/ crawl space/ oddities found. Totally unusable without editing capabilities. Nothing here I can give to a customer and expect . Payment.

It looked like a good thing but when I sent to my email it only opened up as a sheet not a pdf. I was hoping it would pro t out like it looked while doing the inspection...oh well. Moving on

Cant use it, only will save as cvs file. Try to convert and open as a doc or pdf and it opens as a table. Waste of 3. 00.

Photo handling is terrible. The app is slow as a tortoise and stops at least twice every ten minutes. PC app is even worse. Complete waste of resoUrces

Have tried for 2 day to get support . I have been charged 2 times Still have not gotten my key. Still can't get my customers there report . So 3 of them have went to another insp. And all I get is setting in my office waiting on a reply and refund. I will be going to a box store to get real software. Don't wast your time and money.

So I'm trying to add pictures in the app by taking them with the camera on my Galaxy S7 and get an error - "java.lang.NullPointerException: uri" Any thoughts or suggestions? Seems to be happening on all images captures. Thanks.
