毒家網絡II

「毒家網絡」由禁毒基金贊助，目的是於社區建立關愛網絡，為高危/濫藥青少年提供支援。2015年5月成功申請將計劃延續兩年為現時「毒家網絡II」計劃，計劃更重點地為宿舍/曾入住院舍的青少年及家人提供更深入支援服務。計劃依舊以敘事治療為藍本，全方位地為有需要家庭提供支援，包括個案輔導、各類院舍支援小組、主題講座及家長義工支援等。

'Poisonous home network ", sponsored by the Beat Drugs Fund, aims to build a network in the community caring for adolescents at risk of drug abuse / support. May 2015 successfully applied for the planned two-year extension to the current "toxic home network II" program, we plan to focus more dormitory / residential care of young people and have families to provide more in-depth support services. Still plan modeled narrative therapy, provide all-round support to families in need, including casework counseling, support groups of various types of homes, theme seminars and parent volunteers support and so on.
