「接觸．體驗．香港手語」之「香港手語初探」是一個讓大眾認識手語及聾人知識的智能手機應用程式。本應用程式由香港中文大學手語及聾人研究中心設計，並獲大學教育資助委員會「知識轉移基金」撥款，內容包括香港手語的發展簡介、香港手語詞彙、香港手語句子結構，以及遊戲測試大眾對手語和聾人的認識。
