Try to subscribe, process were so troublesome. After I fill in the payment info and click submit, there is no reaction and wont let me submit... I gave up and gonna stick with Netflix

finally, the Chromecast icon showing up on the app. But it still unable to cast any movies or drama on Chromecast. cannot playback on Chromecast means nothing!!!!!!

Movies can't be played since latest update...what's going on? I am a subscriber... meaning that I pay but there's nothing to watch. Fix it asap or I terminate!!!
PLEASE FIX CHROME CASTING ISSUES.It does not work anymore since the Google Home update, whomever is updating this app for the past few years seems to take months before fixing any bugs or updating , last year it was the connectivity issue. Do not expect such low standards from HBO. What's New Section sometimes shows very old shows...
Can't login, can't create account. Can't do anything. Just a loading screen. No matter I am CSL and NOW users. Just a rubbish app.
Barely functional garbage that constantly asks to check network connectivity even though other platforms on the same device are problem free.

App cometely bugged, crashing, doesnt keep track of watched episodes, horrible interface, keeps locked in landscape more while playing on chromecast... A huge revamp is needed ASAP, I cannot believe HBO is letting this horror happen and that I am paying for this.
Will stop my subscription! With one device registered it says I have too many and won't let me watch anything. Only been subscribed for two weeks and so many problems!
Like the HBO content. Pops up with a lost connection error on every page. It then cycles through connection checks for a few seconds before you can do anything.
Can't download app. Went through the download process twice. Got to 100% twice and then given the message that the app cannot be downloaded.
First of all surprised that it's not HD, so everything looks blocky even on fast WiFi. Searching for content is not intuitive. Even though it's a free service on my contract it feels like a waste.
Connectivity check error constantly showing up and lack of Chromecast support. I am using LG v10.

Completely useless app until they finally added Chromecast support. Then it stopped working with Chromecast. Then it did again, but stalls constantly in playback, rendering it useless again. And every time I start the app it never remembers my sign in credentials, so I have to sign in again in a 4-step process. It's shocking how poorly implemented this app is.
It keeps saying I need to update the app to watch video but I'm already in the latest version. What the hell?
Problem solved after reinstall. But please improve the login setting.

I've had this for almost a year. Still incredibly buggy, crashing, asking me to log in multiple times per session, and now it gives me an error message saying I need to update to the latest version even though I have. Also hate how one must have the NOW TV package to get this. Just dreadful.
Everytime I tried to stream popular series like game of thrones, it fails. A waste of money for subscription. Not to mention the video lacks HD definition.

It states I have registered too many devices and does not allow me to log in to remove the devices. They need to fix this app!

Once again I am trapped in the app saying I have too many device connected when I don't. Really frustrating when you consider the price of the hbo package.
No matter on my mobile or pc, always tells me that I have reached max number devices. Although I have deleted all the devices and wait for a week, they still tell me that I have reached max number devices!

Stupid app, terrible interface, history lost, connection fail, spend 1 hour to watch half hour video. Definitely will cancel subscription
