Useful app. The message notification works quite randomly

I use this purely for weather notifications, works very well for me. 5***** is for weather.

Please install a "Read All" (or similar) function in order to clear the number of unread messages. At the moment, users have to go in to ever single message to mark them as read. If not, the number of unread messages status on the widget icon.

May I ask how to change the language from English to Chinese for this App, please? It is very inconvenient on understanding the name of the road for traffic message while it is not in Chinese.

After upgraded to latest Android Lollipop on Sony Xperia Z1, it keeps saying my android version is not supported... Cannot open app at all.

Pls add a language setting (chi/ eng) in the app instead of follow the system language. Thank you very much.

For upgraded android, go to "setting", click "accessibility", click "dexterity", turn on "assistant menu". A grey/blue menu icon with 4 small squares will appear on screen. Go to this hk govt app. Click the virtual icon, click the blue logo with 3 dots "other options". You can see "setting" here. Choose "language". Thanks to Samsung help desk.

Can l have the choice for language setting? So, l decided to remove this app until to have improvement.

1. please let me turn off the splash screen. I want the information immediately when I run the app 2. please follow Android's accessibility setting. Text-to-speech should be OFF unless Talkback is turned on. Extremely annoying.

I would like to suggest automatically delete the expired messages, says keep 1day, or N days configurable.

Good app but too slow for my taste. It's faster to check news online.

我主要用交通方面啲訊息,開頭得好少update,後來多返啲就似樣啲.(見過有地方有交通事故塞得好緊要個app都冇通知).不過好似有啲食電. 又例如政府有乜諮詢,可唔可以都喺呢個渠道話埋俾大家知?大家比啲feedback,希望個app會越嚟越好.

This app reveals HK gov performance n efficiency. You just can't get what you expected and what it should perform.

What a shame!!! Overall is working fine. Not as bad as the others said. But lots of area need to be improved

Notification only prompt you have new message and need to enter app and then select the message with load it from server, so slow.

But is there a delete all function?

Poor user interface design.

Constantly remind me of cancellation of certain warning. I need alert, not alert of cancellation. And even if I delete all notifications in the app, it still pops out. Fix this sh*t and stop creating crap with tax payers' money

Can't find the setting on my LG G3 after installation of the app, can anybody help?

massive battery drainage, remove already

Annoying useless traffic news doesn't pinpoint users'needs, and receive no severe traffic jam news in my location. TD's excuse to my email didn't face the question. Always be governmental tone to citizen of HK. Useless app. *Having waited for app update but none. I can only uninstall it!

Slow on changing conditions, useful on administrative releases (wifi locations), can't stop to get air pollution alerts which are useless as Hkg is polluted every day (with only a hint of exaggeration).

I need knowledge of cyber business relationship.
