Wastage of time. They told that they will upload my schedule with in 48 hrs. I waited for a week but my diet was not uploaded. I called customer care and did what they told but no response till now. I would suggest a negative response regarding this app. Health kart does not take its people seriously.

I was little skeptical before spending money on their service, but since its a healthkart product, i was confident of a good experience. And thats exactly what happened. Very friendly, professional counsellors and an amazing app. I bought their 3month plan and have been following my plans daily since a month now and I've already lost 3kgs. Keep up the good work guys.

One Question - Does the "Step Counter" counts my walked steps whole day & makes the report @ the end of the day..?? or does it calculates my steps at real time & keeps the track of the same via viz update in the app..? Also does the step counter does its job while the cellphone is locked or on flight mode..?

Bullshit. I registered and paid fee on 28/08, but havent got any call or response till yet. Infact I called them up on monday, HK's team said that they will arrange call back From counsellor. I called them again on Tuesday and got the same feedback. My. Counselling appointment was on 2/9, but didn't got any call till 3/9. I again called them up on Saturday and scolded the team. Again I got the same reply to arrange call back From counsellor. But no call received till yet. Disappointing services.

Nutritionist are best and hard working.Price of plans are high,application doesn't works sometimes. Now there are no plans available. There's very less to say good,but more problems are there. Its better to hire a personal dietician than this app.

Really like the new experience. Looks a bit m ore interactive and feels comfortable to track diet and exercise plans. Moreover I get free counseling now which is awesome. Just wish they have a custom food item option where I can tell if I had something else in lunch instead of what I had been asked for in the plan.

They only want u to pay and after paying, u will hv to reach ur trainer but they might or might not reply. Wastage of money. Fake consulting that u can find free of cost if u crawl Google. I m very depressed with the service and operations. I hv assigned a trainer he build my diet and exercise plan but I never find that plans in this app. Fake fake and only fake. Beware if u thinking to buy any consulting program. Very less interaction made by trainer. HK should execute monitoring and control that is missin

It's been 2 months since i am using this app no diet was provided to me expect that "standard diet" which is of no use even my counselor mr. Parveen singh don't reply to me. Healthkart is only good for buy products not for these kind of things.
