Lalamove ( EasyVan ) Driver

New to Singapore and we needed immediate pickup for a medium heavy chest of drawers. The guy came at a 10 minute notice ,offered us a ride and was competitively priced. Gonna use, gonna recommend.

Hey hopefully u guys make it compulsory for clients to note the item details, item number, size of item. Yes some clients do note down the items but some still doesnt. Maybe you can make it compulsory before going to the next step. Thanks! But overall great app! And also kindly have an option for clients to choose what kind of food/item e.g halal/non-halal.

Your app crashes everytime I attempt to upload the photo of requirements .. Can you fix this?

lalamove not making money on advertising...at first i see is gd den i joined in suddenly WALLET came out guess alot of batch drivers back out becoz of this issue,is ur problem not making money n if u takes out this WALLET issue this might helps ur company comparing to others more comparison towards customers n also new drivers

Good apps to make extra income. but seem like customer did not use it correctly and making disadvantage for driver. express service should be complete in 1 hrs. but they mention in remark to be completed in 30min. which is quite impossible for some location. eg orchard to ang mo kio. at least will take you 10min to reach that carpark from shop at some mall. and the time is included in the 30min service which request by customer. admin should indicate something to let customer know.

Not all terms & conditions apply for drivers like us. I'm still waiting for my $20 for the extra waiting time and one trip that I wasted my time to go to the pick up point in the end the order got cancelled and no compensation was given to me. Although that order is a corporate order. Called the customer service countless times and informed about this matter and they said will get back to me asap in the end no call at all. Texted Alex, the one who gave us training sessions did not bother replying my texts.

Call for two weeks for training schedule. The only answer i get is the lady with attitude and bo respond.

Been trying to get verified by EasyVan but so far there are no responses. Been resubmitting umpteen times but yet nothing. At least can give a courtesy SMS or email to inform the next step....rather it is just silence and me left hanging. I can commit day or night but the verification process takes a lifetime.....disappointed....

They can not do anything for driver if any issue or OT involved. They don't even realize driver and the company are relying on each other. Don't get fooled by the bullshit, You try and You disappointed!!!

Bad customer service reply with a attiude which just wake up from sleeping..i just say about my verification problem striaght away she ask for my contact no and later they call back without hearing any further..till now nobody call back..i cant wait to start lalamove jobs but if my account has not been verify asap then no point keeping this app

called in at 11:24am on 11march 2016 and told the person whom i spoke to that is it ok for me to come at 2:15pm - 2:30pm as i am going for my friday prayers. the person whom i spoke to said "YES" its fine and will inform the person in charge. While on the way in the cab after my prayers...told them that i was on the way in the cab to the training but to my surprise after calling them, they told me that they have to reschedule me which is 2:14pm at that time that i called. cut it short don trust this company

Been with Lalamove for almost close to 2 months.. Great apps.. But for those who complain, maybe they are being fussy.. Need more app function or setting.. Overall it's a great free time earning..

Been waiting for approval have not yet approval... called twice for the driver position been told they will call me back bt no one call me till now waited since last year... I'm deleting this app

nonsense.registered and verify.bid job and it says account not registered.Next for all i know they delet my profile pic and am told to register as courier .AGAIN

Was suspended as a driver for cancelling and order. Informed customer and was stilled suspended. Lalamove claimed that i failed to inform them about the cancellation. To resume working you need to attend a course and a fee of 50 bucks. Dream on. Bad app. Managements. Stupid new rules.

Price and rules have becoming from bad to worst

When come for verification *easyvan protect their driver lah if customer require full van services driver need to carry all the item like hell and can't request extra charge to the customer because customer engage full van. What our sweat are priceless or what. Nevertheless cancel the order can lead to suspend...haizzz

Gonna unistall the apps soon. Verifying still not process after so many times filling what they requested.

Possible to get all lorries driver get more job ? If not ,, isn't a better way for us lorries to earn fast . Kindly look into this matter real soon before inpatient driver's choose other platform

Worse service ever!! Been week waiting for them to update and call me regards of my account they only ask my no. But never calls back! Even today! Waste of time! Uninstalling soon!

Use to like this app but now getting useless. Not much job for riders. Not sure for drivers. Best part is, as riders we can not collect big items. AS DRIVERS, THEY CAN COLLECT SMALL ITEMS FOR RIDERS. SO HOW RIDERS EARN? JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. And must on GPS so can get more job.I on GPS, H/P bat die faster. How to get more job?

Been with easyvan since dec. Used to get jobs vey easily but recently i've found it is difficult to get a single job from ikea. Most of the order from ikea that comes in will either pop up very slow or i will only received notification sound without any info. Seems like my account have been set to received the information later than the rest of the driver
