Lalamove Delivery App

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I prebooked my ride two days prior as I am not a local and I had to move to another place. on that day, the driver refused to respond to my call , only saying NO repeatedly and cut my call. I am very disappointed as it ruined my plans and as someone staying alone in HK, it was very troublesome. Note: the ride was confirmed and I even had the driver details. I don't know whether the driver even knows what was going on.

Their charge for help moving an object is not at all clear, so when they asked for extra I declined and cancelled, so they "banned" me... Better stick with Deliveree

This app sends annoying texts and you cannot stop it because there is no option to do so. There is also no option to delete or deactivate account.

Drivers can cancel with no penalty. App doesn't say the limits for each type of vehicle. Favourite drivers is a joke... Doesn't work. Some drivers are good, but overshadowed by bad service and rotten app

Does not allow me to log in. Says need to verify account and register it again. When try to register it says account already exists. When i tried to reset password it says again account is not verified. I have used it few times but faced similar issues more than once. Fix the app.

Drivers cancel all the time and no notice given. After waiting 20 mins you are forced to start the process all over again and hope they show up that time... Drivers who cancel have their bookings hidden so you cant blacklist them

Its a brilliant app to move things from point A to B without much hassle. Look forward to them having in app payment instead of cash or external top up. Otherwise very good service and super efficient delivery.

There is an issue with the location setting. When I use current location, the pin is always off. Even when I've manually moved the pin, this app always automatically adjusted it back to the wrong location!

Worst delivery experience ever, driver was late for 30min and I had to cancel the order. Bad experience, bad manner and attitude and not punctual at all

Waste of time. Grab express is way better.

Drivers cancel at the drop of a hat and while the office is quick to respond, my packages aren't delivered and took way to much time on my end for nothing.

Waited a good 30 mins. and no drivers were responding to my order

Good but it can still be better. Giving 5 star for a no-hassle and good customer service of driver.

First delivery did not disappoint. I hope ur service stays consistent.

It is an awesome app for whenever I need to quickly make deliveries. The drivers are really when making deliveries and try to be as helpful as they can. The new app is really easy to use.

วันนี้เรียกส่งของกับ lalamove แต่ว่าเลือกสถานที่ปลายทางผิด เลยต้องโทรหาทางฝ่ายบริการลูกค้ายกเลิกงานให้ แถมทางฝ่ายบริการลูกค้ายังช่วยเรียกงานให้ใหม่ด้วย ทำให้ส่งของให้ลูกค้าได้ทันพอดี นอกจากบริการดีแล้วยังใจเย็นแล้วพูดจาดีอีกด้วย ขอชื่นชมครับ

I install / uninstall many times but my address cannot be entered. Used to be easy but nowadays not dat good. U need new it tech.
