The app needs to be updated to reflect the true data available. I have a 2G(plan)+2G(additional)plan but it only show my plan 2G and then stop telling me how much more I had unless I click in the widget, then go to "top up" to check.

Can this app set alert for airtime usage. It would be great.

it hurts the image of three. three is so dyeing for money? look at other brand service app: bank, tranportations, other carriers, no such foolish ad of other products showing.

UI & function in your new 3 Care mobile website is excellent. Please update this app as well. Also, the table on the Top-up page is still mis-aligned on Samsung S6 edge+.

Hic-cup always. Needs much improvement on its application, especially it is an apps of a significant media communication in Hong Kong.

Updated review: Bug is fixed in this update. Original review: I have logged in the app but when I try to redeem 1GB of data, an alert saying "Not yet login" pops up and the app brings me to the login page. Does not work either even if I re-login again. Please fix this!

This joke won't accept the full phone number. Do the people at three first check the crap actually works before spamming us with messages to use them? Please fix it as well as three in touch.

3Care shows usage better.

Its UI and function are good in general. However, it only accepts numeric passwords. Also, the table on the Top-up page is mis-aligned on Samsung S6 edge+. For the advertisements, can you remove the them, or enhance their image quality?

Awful interface, can't enter more than 4 mobile numbers, and password doesn't allow letters???

Your phone is likely to be better at tracking your live usage of data than this app

I have to open another app just to check the bill.

Doesn't work on galaxy note3

For those using a family share plan, this app only shows usage on one number (rather than the combined usage applicable to your shared plan). Not very helpful if you're trying to see how much buffer you have left under your plan.
